Our ferry was late so we arrived in the dark and did not appreciate the beauty of the place or it’s location until the next morning. The room was large, modern and very comfortable with a nice modern bathroom (and great lavender shower gel). The bed was super comfy too. So comfy we almost missed breakfast, which was a plentiful self service buffet. The on site Restaurant was delightful and even catered for vegetarians. At less than 20 minutes from the ferry terminal this is an ideal place for a before or after visit. We noted the swimming pool and think this would be delightful in summer. Finally Leonardo, what a charming man who was super friendly and helpful. Thank you.

Fantastic Property
Reviewed By Brent HThis property has everything, a couple of kilometres out of town, looking out on the rolling hills of the National Park, Michele and Chiara are fantastic hosts. The room is a generous size, with everything provided, they do a nice breakfast and there is a very good restaurant, Villa Romana, 100 metres away which serves local cuisine.

Reviewed By NighhtriderVery very bad. We slept in this hotel for 2 nights, after the first night i had a lot of postulus. Thought this was just from mosqitos, but after is got worse the second day and finding out blood on the bed, we knew this was coming from bed bugs. Worse thing; hotel is not paying attention for this and just ignoring the fact they are a threath to human health by managing this hotel like this. Shame on you!!

L'onore della primogenitura
Reviewed By flavio bCi sembra molto curioso essere i primi a recensire questo alloggio, ma lo facciamo volentieri, perchè siamo stati accolti nel migliore dei modi dalla padrona di casa. e di conseguenza ci siamo trovati molto bene. La località non è agevolissima da raggiungere ma sufficientemente comoda per arrivare ad Ancona (come nel nostro caso) o alle località turistiche del Conero. A noi, poi, in questi casi non abbiamo particolari esigenze, se non la facilità di parcheggio dell'auto e qui era comodissima. La stanza era nuova e spaziosa, così come il bagno. Il frigorifero era disponibile nella cucina attigua. Carina la signora che ha voluto a tutti i costi prepararci gentilmente la colazione, anche se noi abitualmente ci limitiamo ad un espresso volante.

Extremely basic but extremely convenient too.
Reviewed By ThimitrisStayed here for one night in December, on our way to Milan and then Paris, by train. The building is old and there is no elevator. Our room was extremely basic and far from appealing, but it was warm and clean. It featured a TV and good WiFi. It was also quiet, despite the fact that the building is located on a main street, and offered us a good night's sleep. Can't be sure if this is true for other rooms though. Bathroom was clean and functional. Overall service was satisfactory too.The main advantage of this accommodation is its location, literary across the street from the train station. At the time, it was at least 30 euros cheaper than others in the immediate area.

Our B&B is located in a newly built detached villa with a large garden and parking spaces , in a green setting at the edge of the Conero Park, 5 minutes driving away from the center of Ancona and 10 from Portonovo and Mezzavalle's beaches. 300 meters away there is the village of Pietralacroce , with the bus stop for the city center, and all the facilities (pharmacy, post office , bank, supermarket, bar, delicatessen , etc. ) . The first room is a large studio flat into two areas : one part is equipped with a kitchen and the other part is a living room and bedroom. the second room is a single or double beds room. Facilities include: TV, air conditioning, WiFi, fireplace, bathroom with a shower , separate entrance. Guests have access to all the shared external areas (porch , barbecue, garden). The garden is also home of Agra and Blondie, two medium-size dogs, and two cats . Small pets are allowed . Arrival and departure times are from 16 to 23 for the arrival, departure si before 12, unless otherwise agreed.
