Reviewed By Pioneer65528753833Very good quality of service as usual. This year the food was excellent and the pizzeria offered a super pizza (napolitan stile) !! awesome!!! I loved the restaurant at the beach also!! Special thanks to the waiter Angelo for the professionalism, kindness and accuracy in his assistance. About the pizzeria and beach restaurant, congrats to the manager Francesco for his excellent coordination, nice talking and attention to the Clients. Thanks even to Gianni, the archery teacher! The first one in my last 5 years who really instruct the Clients instead of simply make Secretary of the tournament! Good the attention on the anti CVD19 prescriptions ! The entire personell waired the mask all the time in any condition! Over standing ! The double turn and especially the all you can eat but " no self service" formula in the restaurant is a best practice to leave on for ever since it generate less chaos in the room and reduce the food waste. Feedback to get better: 1- the main night show must be better coordinate with the baby show in order to let the second restaurant turn to attend both! 2-what really disappointed me it's the lack of prinzing in any competitions ?! Probably the famous challenge in Pescara cannot be done this year, but why don't give to the winners even a simple recognition like a "fake "medal plus a bonus for the bar, for the shop or for anything else. This year they didn't run neither the awarding celebration on the stage stage! Very very cold and unusual! 3-last but not least, I see too much plastic waste! it's time to implement a more sustainable policy ! Plastic glass at the Bar for each water drink can be replaced by a new format like paper glass one shot. Finally, waste recycling is totally absent. Anyway, very pleasant week!

Classy luxury in hot stunning Salento
Reviewed By 318criszVery nice and tidy rooms and facilities. Great quality of linnen, pool, car park, lounge and restaurant. All comfy accessible, 2 lifts and short walking distances. I slept very well and had a room with a nice little balcony. Staff is really amazing, very professional and friendly, classy but not snobbish at all. Elegant or smart casual at its best. Pascale and her colleagues at breakfast make your day starting way happier. Very good maintenance and very well equipped for cleaning your hands anytime with generous good quality desinfactant spenders all over. WiFi fast and reliable. Shuttle to the beach provided. I would come by car if possible even though you also have everything you need on site. There was also lunch and dinner and a nice bar inside lounge and next to the pool. Absolutley recommended for holidays or a short getaway. I fell in love with Salento also because of this Grand Hotel and will be back soon.

Reviewed By Fausto OWe had a good time, cooking with excellent ingredients, clean, comfortable and good service at all levels. Now my tips not to be disappointed: 1- leave knowing that the location is ok, not 5 stars. 2- the pool is unusable, beautifull, but too cold, anyway we was there for the sea, not for the pool. 3- The green is sand, but just don't look at it and you'll not soffer the lack of it. 4- The hotel is a rib of valentino hotel, good or bad you should know that. 5- This is my first experience with BluSerena . 6- what else: always have fun when you spend your money, here you can if you know exactly what you are buying.

Luvi Bed & Breakfast is located just outside the historic village centre of Maruggio at the first floor of an early 20th century building recently restored to offer accommodation. Luvi B&B is run by Marilisa e Francesco, two brothers who decided to turn their grandparents' house into a place where to host those people who visit Salento and who are attracted by its wild nature, its millenary culture, its wine and food, fun and relax. We are in the area of production of the quality wine Primitivo di Manduria DOC, very close to Campomarino beaches among which the wild and popular "D'Ajala beach" stands out, a corner of paradise surrounded by the scented Mediterranean shrub land which covers the sandy dunes. Maruggio, a small medieval village, its origin related to the Knights of Malta, lies within easy driving distance from the main touristic sites of central and south Puglia: Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli, Taranto, Ostuni, Alberobello. Luvi has conventions with many local partners (restaurants, bars, caffeterias, lidos..) that allow the guests to make the most of their holiday in Puglia.

Reviewed By Ventsi86At least from the outside the hotel looks very ordinary, nothing special. There is no swimming pool. The surroundings are very beautiful and the beach area looks good. It is appropriate for people that want to be very close to the beach and with little requirements towards the hotel itself.

A great place, but the music is too loud

We found the place from the internet, and saw the photos and I think what the management put online are not beautiful photos because the place is really beautiful. It has private beach which is really beautiful crystal clear water and big swimming pool and also a smaller one for kids. In short, the place is really suitable for family. We took the complete package (including meal of breakfast, lunch and dinner). The food is amazing! Really we were spoiled there. Too bad I didn’t take many photos of the plates, but compare to the price, it’s really good! The service also very good, but there was a couple of days without the maitre D, was a bit confused but I can see that they work their best and we got served well! Francesco to the savior! The room is spacious and they clean every day! They clean well too, since we are on and off the beach so we brought lots of sands inside the room so its a bit messy without the cleaning. So the cleaning ladies were doing the job really well! Two thumbs up! One thing minus of the place is the entertainment which they called animazione. Its too much! Morning afternoon and night and its really loud! Thank god the room has good quality of door and windows so we barely hear it when we sleep... except if you are unlucky to get a room close to the bar, you will not sleep! The animazione is kind of boring, some are really nice (the night animazione) but mostly they repeat things over and over. And we expect to be serene on the beach, well it won’t happen except you come there really early or really late cos the music is repeating on and on and on until finally you feel fed up of it. Don’t expect to hear the sound of the waves of the beach cos the music is just too loud! If only they don’t do it everyday, i will rate 5 stars. I am not sure i want to come back there during peak season of summer, not because i am afraid its crowded, but because of the animazione. They said the animazione finish on sept 11, so maybe we will come back after because other than the animazione, the whole experience of the place is great! Beautiful structure, friendly and nice people and great food!

The Basilica of SS Pietro and Andrea, which dates back to 1st century AD, has been very carefully restored as well, and today it is a wonderful frame where it is possible to organize meetings, special events.

And the Masseria is one of the most gorgeous places we have ever stayed in Europe! What an amazing and beautiful place. The first failure is air conditioning on demand ... on the phone to the reception, sometimes I had to ask for turning off or on several times, no regulation. WiFi does not work in the room, also very poor in the hall. Basic breakfasts. Medium level service. Hotel surroundings very poor. Beautiful garden not cared for at all, no pitches, everything was destroyed. The pool is very nice. Plus a free beach bus and beach service included in the price. I recommend the hotel depending on the price.
