Putter's Paradise

The spouting white whale is this mini-golf course's signature. The "mini Pebble Beach" of Cape Cod. Serving Gifford's famous ice cream.

We’ve been coming to Putter’s Paradise for a few years now and it’s the only mini golf course we make it to anymore. They let you play two games for the price of one if you wish and the staff/owner are very friendly. The course is well-designed and extremely well-kept with holes that are difficult and interesting but not absurd. It’s nice a shady on a sunny day with a nice breeze. 10/10 recommend.

Wonderful beach with enough room, lots of seashells, and gentle waves. We were staying nearby so it was walkable. $20 is a bit pricey to use the lot for the day, that would be my only complaint.

Great place to visit. The only pirate place I’ve ever been that isn’t jokey. It’s definitely a cool and informative place that was enjoyed by my entire family. Highly recommend visiting if you’re looking for something to do on a rainy day at the cape!

Wild Animal Lagoon

Water is the theme at the aptly-named Thunder Falls mini-golf course.

After annual trips to Pirates Cove mini golf, we decided to try Wild Animal Lagoon instead and were overjoyed by the experience!!! Well maintained, immaculately clean, special care given to the greens, sound, lighting, course design (awesome animal structures that make great photo ops!), and the best part was a little spinner game with fun family challenges at various holes to make the experience feel completely different/new. I know there's a lot of different options for mini-golf on rte. 28, so I'm writing this review in hopes that more people give this place a try over the others as it's SO worth it. My 3 teen boys all agreed that this was by far the best mini-golf experience we've had- EVER!!!

Going through this shop is what it means to go "antiquing"! There is a great variety of dealers offering so many different things. And everything looks like you would expect it to in an antique shop...things are a little dusty, a little dinged up, but their beauty shines through...that's the way with antiques. Things are priced fairly, but reasonably...this is not another department store masquerading as an antique store. There are bargains galore and things you didn't know you were looking for! What a wonderful place!

We had a wonderful day at the park on July 2, 2018. There really is something for all ages...our grandkids..ages 9 - 15- each found a challenge and had just plain fun. In fact our 9 year old went back after dinner! Some caveats for parents and suggestions for management. There is obvious risk involved in many of the attractions..We all sign the waiver and must, but parents should discern which attractions are suited to their age child. (and hope that all goes well) Lastly, for management..the entrance to the lazy river is VERY slippery and we saw several (adults) fall as they were entering. Some grip-type strips would alert people of this and would also hopefully prevent such accidents (easy fix!) The teen/young adult workers really need to be more attentive to their attraction and those on it.. Some were half asleep, on their phones or chatting with friends. Not acceptable. That being said, we all had a ball and everything went well. A great attraction for the Cape!

Bayberry Hills Golf Course

Reviewed By tjmoney44 - Pittsburgh, United States

Having read a few of the reviews below, I was a little apprehensive about playing 9 holes at Bayberry Hills. However, we were able to get a great rate of $30 for 9 with a cart (an anytime rate for them apparently) so we figured we'd give it a try. This place has 27 holes but I believe when you play 9 you usually get put on the links course. I have only played a links course once before but I honestly loved it (aside from the wind but that is links golf for ya). The course was in terrific shape and very fair. The hardest hole was a 385 yard, uphill Par 4. Factoring in the wind there was almost no way to reach in regulation unless you are a big hitter and accurate. However I still loved the hole. Every hole had a monster green in perfect condition, which as someone who isn't always the most accurate I liked that, gets me a chance to get on the green even if it's a long putt to the hole. In addition to the course being in great shape, we were never pushed and had no one in front of us, a golfer's dream. I really enjoyed this course and would come back again, hopefully for 18 next time.
