July 13, 2021 Enriqueta Cusson

It’s the biggest in Europe and is held in early December. At any time of year, travelers will enjoy exploring this sweet-toothed university town.

BOXENSTOP Museum

BOXENSTOP car · two - wheeler · toy The museum for the family. Since 1985. BOXENSTOP is one of the oldest private car museums in Germany. And in all modesty: even among the best ... On 1,200 square meters, 80 cars, motorcycles / scooters and bicycles will be on display. There are also more than 2,000 toys: model railways in different gauges, cars, airplanes, ships, dolls / parlors. BOXENSTOP is a museum for "touching". Barriers are annoying. Our guests should be able to enjoy the high-quality collection undisturbed. Our restaurant Rastelli invites you to linger with coffee and cake to celebrate and enjoy.

A huge collections or real cars and bikes, model cars, bikes, trains and boats among other vehicles and machines, dolls, toys, model cities with railroads, ferris wheels and other electrical features, etc etc. It is simply amazing and suitable for all ages, probably mostly for adults like myself who don't feel like growing old. The staff speaks little to no English but they provide a booklet in English with all necessary information. The places features a small cozy restaurant too.
