As someone who is constantly stressed out with work, I need massages like I need food or otherwise, I won’t function well. And I’ve went around spas in Jakarta from Alila, Double Tree Hilton, and several other places and Raffles Spa is always the one giving me the best experience. Their massage is always the right pressure, they take care of little details like the warmth of massage bed and they give the best cookies i’ve had after each massage. Not an advertisement, just an honest opinion cause I need share this!

I was lucky enough to get in without an appointment I opted for 60 mins reflexology which was $55 The description on the menu was - Foot massage applies point pressure from feet, legs, hand, back, and head. Start with nerve endings in the feet, which relates to all different organs of the body. Holistic rejuvenating techniques that help restore balance and harmony to your body I loved it My only problem was the language barrier with the therapist which I found made things tricky
