This 124-mile trail goes from Mont-Laurier down to Saint-Jerome.

We had a wonderful ride with two other couples, stopping 3 nights along the way. The trail does have some surface defects, but is rideable on a road bike. Excellent toilet facilities frequently along the trail. A place to stop for food every 15-20 km. Great views and scenery. A definite highlight of all the bike trips I have been on.

Gave us great information about the region and he was a lot of fun and very helpful. Highly recommend this activity. Guide is highly recommended is you are not experienced ATV driver as you are going in the forest and in rigorous areas.

I went to the Santa Village Saturday morning, it's been over 10 years I haven't been since and I was turned off by its outdated appearance and staff. No innovation or renovations there. It was very over priced for what they offered. Adults and children payed full price of $18 per person offering no discount price for children. Worsted of all when the kids made there way up to see big old Santa I noticed that there Santa reeked with urine. I was appalled, thank heavens the children didn't notice that he smelled like a barn animal. It will be unfortunately my last time there to visit. Hopefully there will be a better replacement place to visit for Christmas time the next year.

We have gone to this place on several occasions in the past however have not been there in about 5 years. The place has not changed one bit other than to increase the number of rides that it has. Although there are bobsleds, rafts, etc, the bottom line is that this is a tubing place and that's what you should focus on. 4 hour package is more than enough, don't waste your money the 8 hour package. Pack along a nice lunch and a thermos of hot chocolate (as it will likely be much better than what you'd get at the canteen) and sit outside on a picnic table or by one of the fireplaces. It's a great time not only for kids but also for adults. This will become an annual outing if you have children.

We made the 2 hour journey to Piedmont (St. Sauveur des monts) because we wanted to include our daughter and she was not old enough to go to Spa Nordik. It's also a nice area to visit. The Polar Bear's Club is nicely laid out along a river, and everything was pleasant, well-taken care of, and ideal for relaxing. Very much enjoyed the views and our time there. Would be a welcome addition to have a pool that is just cool, and not freezing, as an option. The hot pools were of course, wonderful. Note that the one sauna with the fireplace is very very hot (100 degrees!) so wear your flip flops or burn your toes.

Here there is a kids' playground set in nature with an 18-hole mini golf and rides to please both kids and adults particularly the Dragon and the Viking.
You will find ample and free parking at this site as well as picnic tables on the premises if you bring your own lunch, if not there is a food stand, with tables and washrooms near the entrance.

Mountain of ski in the average of the Laurentian. Very family. Points of view are good on the Valley and it is the place dreamed for the spring ski because you will have the facing sun in slope. Those who ski there, avoid carefully praising their mount to keep this friendly stamp which we do not find any more somewhere else.
