The Japanese culture is really amazing. The architecture and engineering of these temples and shrines are spectacular. It's really like you're teleported in time, and I swear, if that happens you will not come back anymore.

Senzokuike Park

You can observe the seasonal nature and waterfowl from the pond. There are about 200 cherry trees, the largest cherry blossom spot in the city! A stall comes out from the end of March every year, and it is crowded with flowers guests. You can see the autumn leaves of ginkgo in late November. Enjoy to see the lake,Cherry blossoms,birds, and to row boat,to take a walk.! around the lake,there is a public library and historical building/shrine/visiting spots.

Due to flight delays I was in Haneda Airport for an extended period. Clean toilets, lots of food choices, comfortable seating area and connected to an airport hotel... these made our airport stay a pleasant one.

Nice observation deck. You get a nice view of the surrounding and the planes. Open 24 hours. This is a very modern and well planned airport.

Ikegami Baien

A quiet garden utilizing hilly slopes etc. It is a quiet garden that makes use of the hillside slopes, etc. enjoying the seasonal different taste. In the park, there are about 370 ume which is a flower of the ward, and red and white flowers bloom in bloom while releasing fragrance in early spring. There are also trees including about 800 azaleas, tea room, Japanese style room facilities, water crocodiles. ※ Admission until 4 pm Closed days Mondays, except for February and March, New Year's Holiday (next weekday if Monday is a holiday) There is no closed day in February and March. entrance fee Adult (16 years old and under 65 years old) 100 yen Child (6 years old and under 16 years old) ¥ 20 Others may be free. Tamagawadai Park

The park spreads about 750 meters to the hillside along the Tama River, and on sunny days you can see the mountain ranges of Tanzawa and Mt. Fuji far away. It has an area of 67,154 square meters and has plenty of places to visit, including natural forest roads, ancient tumuli, observation plaza, aquatic botanical garden, four seasons wild plants, hydrangea garden, mountain grass michi, plaza. There is also the Turtle Mountain Kofun, and you can enjoy walking around the Treasure Mountain Kofun and the Tama River Tumulus Group and enjoy the flowers of seasons such as cherry blossoms (about 300), hydrangea (about 3000 shares), firefly brush and shibazakura. In addition, some areas are closed at night and during New Year's holidays. Switching time 9 o'clock - 17 o'clock (January, February) 9 o'clock to 18 o'clock (March) 9 o'clock - 19 o'clock (April - August) 9 o'clock - 18 o'clock (September) 9 o'clock - 17 o'clock (October - December)
