We engaged this company for our above mentioned activity for our family of 5 with 3 generations traveling together. The company provided transportation, means, entrance fees, guided for our full day package from Mactan to Oslob and thereafter to Badian. We visited the whale sharking area, Tumulog falls, Badian canyoning, Kawasan falls and had 3 meals provided by this company . The meals were local food that was cooked and served in hygienic conditions. After the whale shark tour, we could bath at their shower facilities which was clean and comfortable.
The drive from Mactan to the sites in Southern Cebu was Safe, speedily fine and comfortable . Throughout the tour, we were always looked after well by the employees and they seem happy doing their job. The guided they engaged for the canyoning were very good and careful . Only complain was that the provided shoes for canyoning were old and tattered with ants coming out from them.
Other then that, I will recommend this company in providing this service again if I return to Cebu again .

Tumalog Falls

We went here after Kawasan falls and was utterly mesmerized by it's grandiose beauty. It's less busy and not so commercialised than Kawasan. The water is shallower to swim. It's a steep road to get to it and a bit of an uphill climb to go back, but so totally worth it.

Oslob Whale Shark Watching

Whale sharks can be seen in a small barangay Tan-awan, which is 10 km away from the center town of Oslob. Whale shark watching in Cebu started last September 2011 and it became popular all over the world when the news hit in the internet last November 2011. By December 2011, local fishermen's interact with the whale sharks by feeding them that result to flocking of tourist to the beach of Tan-awan

wimming with the whale sharks in Oslob, Cebu is a rather controversial activity, but no one can deny that it is an incredible experience. Philippines ... I would much rather see these creatures in the wild, preferably when scuba diving, seeing them in their natural habitat without the overcrowding of tourists.

It is a newly built holy place. You can see many visitors anytime you go there (according to locals). There are stories about this place and the founders. There inside the compound is a section dedicated to testimonies. I could take a few good pictures.

Still not sure about the feeding process.... But all in all, we had fun. :) (even though how far different their protocol is from Sorsogon Whale Shark Watching) Make sure to come early, lines can get really long. Especially if you put up with big group of tourists. They can also cancel it according to weather and the situation of the waves. Keep in mind boat uses paddles only, no motorized boat allowed. Waiting for us is longer than the actual experience. :) Food is available in the area. Try having CarCar Chicharon!

It's a once in a lifetime experience to see the majestic whale sharks up close but it also has its negative sides too. since i'm not an expert i just implore every visitors to just follow the basic guidelines set by the operators. Let's be conscientious of the creature's welfare while we interact w/ them.
But one thing is for sure, they're definitely treated better in oslob, cebu as compared to the draconian and cruel living conditions of whale sharks kept in captivity like what they do to killer whales in sea world and the like

if you only sit and watch the Whalesharks from boat, it will only cost you half of the price. but if you want to go in the water and take photo with the whaleshark in the sea, you will need to rent the camera from them for 550 peso(which is more expensive than the fee i pay to watch the whalesharks from boat), so please remember to bring your own camera.

Went diving with the whale sharks with deep zone. They were incredibly helpful. Offered hotel pick up free of charge. I was the only one diving so had my own dive master!! They also helped me plan the rest of the day. Gear was like new also!! Only compliant is that the price on the website was not what I paid. Paid 30 us dollars ahead of time to reserve spot which I thought was whole cost, when I showed up they told me I still owed 1650 pesos. Still not a terrible price but was caught off guard. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do this once in a lifetime experience.

I booked two years ago and was really happy with my experience so I decided to contact them again when I returned to the Philippines this time. I got them to put together a custom package for us which I appreicated. I knew I was paying more than I needed to but still opted to go through with it for the convenience of not having to arrange every little thing myself as I usually do. But after it was said and done, I wish I'd just invested a little more time and effort into the planning and saved myself some money.
First of all, they were great at responding to emails when it came to trying to get my buiness. If I didn't respond for a few hours when I was out doing something else, or if I was busy doing my research or deciding what I wanted, they would send me emails asking me to pay to secure the package. Several different times. It was very pushy. Then, when I decided to proceed with the transaction, it was several days before getting the voucher that they'd promised right way. In the end, I had to request it and the schedule. No information was offered freely to me after the payment. I even tried to find out some details of the accomodations and all they said was "better than last time". Which they weren't. The hotel was new and nice enough but I wish they'd have given me the choice of where I wanted to stay (it's my understanding that they have three locations under the same ownership that they use), I'd not have stayed there. Although this hotel was newer, it did not have the same charm that the other place I stayed in had. It also was still in construction so there was no pool yet and no back area overlooking the water on the main level which the other one does have. There was also a kitchen in the one last time and it was closer to the town. The hotel was still fine but I think more could have been done to make sure I was happy with my package. (Also, just a note about the hotel, the way they were cleaning when we were there- it will not stay nice and new for long.)
And back to the payment, they tried to charge me 10% to pay by credit card!!!!!!! I know tons of places try to do this, usually the 3.5% it costs them, sometimes 5%, but 10% in laughable. And I understand why they don't want to cover that cost and that it's easier to just take cash, but that's not how it works and certainly won't be how it works in the next few years. They're lucky no one reports them to the credit card companies who would likely drop them if they knew about this outrageous 10% request. They did end waiving the fee for "today only" to secure the payment from me. No surprise there.
The staff at the hotel were okay, not super friendly but not too bad. It really annoyed me that they gave us a wake-up call at 5:30 am with our breakfast as if we were going to the Whalesharks or had a tour planned, which we did not... we actually had a couple drinks the night before so my friends were not in any condition to wake up 3 hours after going to bed so their breakfast went to waste.
Our tour guides were average as well but our driver was super nice and got us where we were going quickly in a very comfortable vehicle.
The reason they said our package cost so much was because it was "15 hours" driving time. That included our driver coming from Oslob to Cebu to pick us up and then bringing us back to Cebu and his drive headed back to Oslob after. Which I understand but at the same time, our return drive was used to transport four additional people for the benefit and convenience of other people/the company. They did run it by us to make sure it was all right, but we weren't going to deny the request... even though we specifcally arranged for private transportation for a reason.
And the last thing, I requested to have underwater photography at the Whalesharks like I'd had the time before where someone would use a rented camera to take pictures of my group and then put the photos in a file or on a CD for us afterwards. I confirmed that this was an inclusion in my package two times and it never happened. Maybe it was supposed to be our tourguide who was late to meet us that day, I'm not sure. But it didn't happen and we don't have any group pictures which is specifically what I set out to make sure I'd have.
In the end, not a disaster but I would have had a better time and saved money if I had just arranged everything seperately myself, and used trikes instead of a driver when we were doing our exploring down near Oslob.
