We spent a good couple of hours here. Beautiful modern building with displays including Cyclone Vance (a great simulation room), the VLF installation/US personnel, WW2 info, settlement of the Exmouth area, natural history and a beautifully done Aquarium. Very well worth a visit for families or individuals.

Charles Knife Canyon

Reviewed By Susannewaoz - Perth, Australia

Loved the majestic valleys. Took so many photos. This would be a hikers delight but take 3 litres of water and sunscreen. There is no shade unless you climb under a bush. One feels on top of the world. From Thomas Carter lookout one can see the Indian Ocean and the Exmouth Gulf

Was not sure what to expect but it was a great dive experience. The dive masters were awesome and really explained the whole area extremely well. The dive gave us a bunch of sharks and great diversity of fish and small sea life. Would absolutely do this dive again.

Yardie Creek

Reviewed By Ozwhites - Perth, Australia

The Yardie creek walk is a medium difficulty walk, shoes a good idea and great canyon views are provided. I followed up with a SUP paddle up the creek despite the initial headwind it was a good 3km paddle with amazing views from below and lots of rock wallabies on the sides of the canyon that you cannot see from above, hard work in a breeze but worth it, you can also kayak.

Osprey Bay

Reviewed By Dazznat - Innaloo, Australia

Our family had two nights at the Osprey campground. You need to be self sufficient with water and power however there is a new ablution block for toilets only. The department of lands has done a fantastic job with developing this site which allows for plenty of space in well designed hard stand plots. Being close to the reef and nature bush it really gave a first class experience of our natural bush beauty, will certainly go back

Milyering Discovery Centre

One of the best information centres I have been in. The staff are informative and happy to help with any enquiry. The centre also has a great selection of snorkelling gear on sale if you forgot anything. They will advise what roads are suitable if you don't have a 4WD vehicle, also info on tides and currents if you plan to take to the water.
