We used this limo service to take us from the Punta Cana airport to our hotel in Santo Domingo and back again to a hotel in Punta Cana. Absolutely, without a doubt, this is the only transport service to use! Communications with Alexis, the owner, were outstanding in excellent English. There was no question we understood when/where to meet them, and I felt confident they would be at the airport when we arrived. Sure enough, we were greeted at the airport by a friendly gent with our name on a sign. Our driver, Emilio, arrived and we were off to Santo Domingo. Emilio is a very friendly person and we enjoyed chatting with him during our 2+ hour drive. At the end of our trip, Emilio showed up right on time at our hotel in Santo Domingo to take us back to Punta Cana for a quick stay at an hotel there. Unfortunately, we had hotel "issues" and Emilio make it very clear to us he was not going to leave until we were sure we really wanted to stay at this hotel, and he suggested we stay somewhere else. So after quickly making another reservation, we proceeded to drive for what should have been 5 minutes to the other hotel. Unfortunately, we and Google Maps could find the hotel. Emilio finally parked and he and I walked all around looking for the hotel. All in all, great service, wonderful driver, comfortable car, truly a caring company that wants to do more than "transport" people from place "A" to place "B". They really care...and it shows!! 10+ stars if I could!!
