Kedah (Malay pronunciation: [kəˈdɑh]; Jawi: قدح), also known by its honorific Darul Aman or "Abode of Peace", is a state of Malaysia, located in the northwestern part of Peninsular Malaysia. The state covers a total area of over 9,000 km², and it consists of the mainland and Langkawi. The mainland has a relatively flat terrain, which is used to grow rice. Langkawi is an archipelago of islands, most of which are uninhabited. Kedah was called Kadaram (Tamil: கடாரம்; kadāram) by ancient and medieval Tamil people and Syburi (Thai: ไทรบุรี; RTGS: Sai Buri) by the Siamese when it was under their influence.

We stayed with Eric at the Rumah Holistic for 10 days, and we enjoyed our time very much. Eric is an excellent host. He made our stay very enjoyable and relaxed. His place is in the Jungle, which gave us a great experience to enjoy nature and the quiet relaxing environment. Besides, Eric is a great cook and prepared delicious Breakfasts and lunch on request. If you are a nature lover and like to be away from the busy beaches and cities' hectic, this is the place to go. I am already looking forward to the next time we can visit this place.

It was so good I went back for another session the following day. The open air, sea facing spa villa, perched on a cliff at the North side of The Andaman offered a beautiful sea view and natural sound of waves crashing onto the cliff. Had the Chakra Balancing massage on day 1 and Time traveller massage on day 2. Came out relaxed from the first, and sore muscles rejuvenated from the second. A small detractor on day 2 was the noise of either speed boat or some machinery during treatment which was loud enough to be bothersome. The massage itself was nonetheless still great, hence the 5 star despite the minor blemish.

We were staying at Ambong Ambong Rainforest retreat hotel (which is also incredible!) and they recommended we try Ishan spa. We had spent the morning on a kayaking tour and called up and got afternoon slots for us both to have a classic massage! I've never had a massage before and was a bit anxious about how things are done but they were extremely professional, we selected our choice of aromatherapy oils, I felt completely comfortable throughout and utterly relaxed at the end. My husband and both had a massage and facial and had a very relaxing time, we both felt amazing after! The massage was one hour and the facial was an hour. Very good price for a two hour service. The staff was friendly and professional and provided a wonderful service. They used high quality products that’s smelled amazing!

Special thanks to Novia and Effa at the spa! Thanks for taking care of us. We got a 4 to 5 hour package. It was excellent value for money. Included a whole body massage and scrub, with wrap using banana leaves! Pedicure and outdoor private bath which was lovely In the heat. Wish it wasn't so far away so u could go back!!

After reading many review, I have booked Yuan Spa appointments online. I was staying at Smith House and taking a Grab is so convenient. Journey is about 15min cost 14 to 16 RM. After alighted from Grab, the reception lady (Ms Mickey) open the door, greeted me and direct me inside (feel welcoming). The place is so cosy, clean, relaxing. Their service was Awesome and they provided affordable packages and importantly they have fantastic staff who really provided service from the heart. From the receptionist Ms Mickey, the lady who did my massage ,facial and manicures. They provided refreshing drink before we start and after the SPA service they provided red date tea which is awesome. The whole experience is fantastic and very relaxing massages. During the 1st visit, I took the Footy Foot package 158 and spend about 2hrs there. 2nd day I took SPA Manicure, Foot Reflexology, Mini Refreshing SPA Facial which cost 181 RM. During 1st visit, Ms Mickey shared few places where I can visit and 2nd day when I return to the SPA. She knew that I didn't sleep well on 1st day and immediately get me a room for foot Reflexology where I can rest on the bed after the foot Reflexology they did the mini refreshing facial SPA and I really feel better. I will definitely be back again because of the affordable package and impressive service from the ❤.
