ACTIVITIES AWAY & MARINE MASTERS are the same company with two trading names. Based at this old gravel pit just outside Lincoln. Activities on offer include open water swimming sessions, kayak and stand up paddle board rentals, jet ski and power boat courses and lots of other fun water sports and adventure activities. Activities away have been delivering well thought out and fun adventure activities for 31 years with 14 years at this venue. The centre is AALS licensed, fully insured and Marine masters is a recognised training venue for the Royal Yachting Association offering a wide variety of on water and theory courses.

This is by far the best indoor track in this area! The staff are fantastic and it's very well facilitated. Plus you would struggle to beat their prices at other tracks, the Tuesday race night being my favourite as you get 50mins for only £30! There's also a big enclosed upstairs viewing area and one downstairs near the track too.

I would highly recommend doing this as it was a brilliant activity and with hard to solve puzzles and stuff that requires some of your senses and would highly recommended jade being your game master

WOW! We visited Deliverance to get an escape room fix just before the 2nd lockdown and we were not disappointed. We went as a family of four, 2 x adults 1 x 15y/o and 1 x 8 y/o. We booked to do the The Bank Job. We met Matt, he was the best host and games master. He explained all things health and safety and it was clear from the provisions, he was doing everything to be covid secure. This was reassuring. We went into the room and Matt explained everything along with the story and then we set to work...the room was different to a lot of Bank Jobs and I really liked this, there was some really unique puzzles all in keeping with the theme. We did get stuck at one point and were starting to panic as the time was going down, Matt timed everything, knowing just how much to clue us. Getting into the vault was great, I really enjoyed this part. This rooms has a lot to do and I did start to feel stressed but it was great to know you were having the full hour (and maybe a bit more!) in the room. We all had things to do and were never stood about. We had talked about maybe doing another room but with all the other rooms being a little bit creepy our eldest wasn't too sure! Matt was so accommodating, he suggested we do 'The Hideaway' and he would make it family friendly. Boy am I so glad we did! This is one of our all time favourite rooms and we've done a lot of rooms. So much time and attention to detail has gone into this room and we loved it. It flowed for us in terms of puzzles, we worked well as a team in here to get on and some of the puzzles we just loved, so incredibly well thought out and nothing like what we've seen before. This room is certainly a labor of love and its clear to see why Deliverance have such a great name for themselves. We managed to escape with quite a respectable time however we asked Matt what he'd changed to make it family friendly. Once he told us, it sounds amazing for anyone wanting the full fear factor experience and I think we'd have only just made it out had it been like it should be. All round this was a truly fantastic experience, we cannot wait to return to try the rest (family friendly obviously) If you are looking for a great Escape Room Experience then this has it all.

Went into Axes today. Amazing Covid safety and still keeps its fun and engaging atmosphere! Ben started us with a disclaimer and safety brief (Important bits first) and then took us to our lane. After a quick demo and some tips he let us fly! And amazingly great time and Ben kept popping over to offer us help and some games (Battleaxe is great!) Thanks for such a great time!

As the name suggests this is a very steep street with lots of lovely independent shops, cafes, galleries etc. Cobbles and steepness would make me very cautious in inclement weather!

I booked a table on a Saturday evening for my friends birthday and girls night out, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The staff were very experienced, knowledgeable and attentive, it is table service and we were delivered gorgeous cocktails in a timely manner. We sat downstairs which was atmospheric, this is the perfect place for a delectable evening.

Great place to take the children and with the after school jump and pizza deal. Great covid measures in place too with temperature checks.
