Our a plane arrived an hour late, we were met at the arrivals hall by our friendly and helpful driver, smooth journey to our hotel. Our return trip was just as smooth, the driver arrived slightly early and was chatty and informative back to the airport.I would highly recommend this transfer service.

Booked our pickups on line a week or so before we left for Madeira. Just put in our flight times and Madeira Airport Transfers gave us the recommended pick up time for our return journey as well. Received prompt confirmation of booking and emails closer to our travel date to remind us the driver would be at the airport. Our driver was waiting for us at the airport with a name sign and took us directly to our apartment. No requirement to pay until you get to your destination when you pay for both out and return journey. Received emails during our stay confirming they would be there to take us back. And they were ... Faultless fantastic service. I would definitely recommend and use again.

We used this company to do two transfers for the five of us from the airport then booked them to take 6 of us around the island on 2 days. Rui and his wife are lovely, speak excellent English (as well as a number of other languages) and have an in-depth knowledge about the island. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
