It was chosen by us only because of its location (the center of the RK beach) but completely fell under his charm. it is neither a cheap dirty nor a grandiose expensive one. Absolute value for money (2000Rs for AC Double Deluxe). Good quality interior with all amenities, modern young staff, and so soft bed mmmm:) Thank you.

Reviewed By Sourav_travelmaniacWe booked the hotel after going through the reviews as we wanted a beach side hotel from where we can enjoy the sea and the sunrise. As we planned so we acted. The rio beach hotel gives you a beautiful clear view of the RK beach . You can enjoy the sunrise from your bed sipping on your cup of morning coffee. What else do you need?? The guys in the reception were quite helpful in most of the times. They don’t have an in-house restaurant, but will provide you the cutlery and dish for free if you order your food from zomato. Few things that needed improvement- 1. No WiFi network from your room (we stayed in 314). 2. The room key never worked. So every time we moved into the hotel, we have to ask for the master key. 3. The parking is a headache. They have dedicated parking lot in the basement, but the front of it is always crowded with number of parked cars. We checked in in the late evening of Sunday and had to keep our car in the open common space till late night when the way to the basement parking was cleared. So, this is a real nuisance and the guards are least helpful. 4. Language is a real issue !! Apart from the front desk guys the staff don’t speak Hindi or English... so you need to be an expert in sign language ? 5. The glass window doesn’t open nor there is any balcony, which would have been great to enjoy the sea more.

Spacy and decent
Reviewed By travel-lover-6fDecent hotel which is neat and clean. Room was comfortable and spacy. From entering to exit, we had no issues or complaints. Decent breakfast was provided as complimentary. Tariff is worth for the room. Bathroom fittings were little damaged with no maintenance and tap was leaking. No newspaper in the morning.
