The Sicilian breakfast was plentiful with very good coffee. Staff are very welcoming and helpful. I would recommend.

Reviewed By taniades0usaI spent my birthday weekend in the gorgeous Deluxe Junior suite! Communication prior and during the stay was amazing, Davide and Francesco were great hosts! This is not a hotel or B&B in a traditional sense, most things are managed remotely and hosts give you a lot of privacy! The room was excellent, free bottle of Prosecco upon arrival! My favourite thing was the bed! SUPER COMFY! The shower and hot tub were incredible, especially after a long day of exploring the city! Be mindful of the water levels and side pumps, if over-flowing, the water will spill onto the floor and set off the flood alarm system!!! Lesson learned lol. Breakfast was average but worth it for the price of the suite! The area is so close to the main train station, all attractions are within 15min walk, the area might be questionable for some but I liked the vibe - filled with working-class locals :) I even received a gift as I checked out! Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation!

Reviewed By checcacaoI was traveling for work to Palermo and stayed at Into Palermo B&B. The rooms are nice, colorful and clean. The location is right behind the Teatro Massimo. The staff has been super friendly and helpful, re-arranging the booking and trying to sort out the guests I was traveling with in spite of the changes to the plan. Very recommended!

Stanze al Genio Bed and Breakfast is located on the second floor of Palazzo Torre Pirajno. It is a historic apartment with antique floors and renovated decorations. All rooms have a private bathroom. In the same building, on first floor, there is also the museum of ceramics.
Low-key hospitality in an interesting setting
Reviewed By LearningItalianThis was a good base for our time in Palermo. The tile everywhere makes it really unique, and the guys running it were pleasant. It is NOT a luxury accommodation but for the very reasonable price that is to be expected. The breakfast was modest but good. We were hoping for more help in figuring out what to do when we first arrived, but again that might be a lot to ask for a modestly priced B&B. The door was really hard to find, though it *is* right at the address that they give you. There is no sign at all, and it doesn't look like a hotel - it is a small door-within-a-door on a regular street in Palermo. Be sure to have your phone charged up and with you so you can call when you arrive! I've attached a photo of the small door here. One note: I was a bit concerned about fire safety. Getting out would have been difficult if you were in a hurry, as there are several doors you need to go through and one of them required hitting a button elsewhere to get it to open. This is common in Italy but did cross my mind.

La nostra struttura di recente apertura si trova a due passi dal Teatro Massimo e dallo storico mercato del Capo. Ad appena cento metri si trova la centralissima Via Maqueda (isola pedonale) snodo stradale che permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni di Palermo, come musei, chiese, altri mercati famosi come quello della Vucciria e Ballarò nonché la stupenda Cattedrale ed il Palazzo dei Normanni.

Reviewed By Christi MWe have just returned from a wonderful week staying here. From arrival, the reception staff were only too happy to help and let us check in early (they had also organised a transfer for us from the airport!). This high level of service continued from the reception staff for the rest of the week, helping us with any queries /booking taxis/ ideas of places to go etc. We stayed in one of the bungalows which came with a roof terrace, this was definitely a highlight and we spent many hours up there enjoying the sensational sea and mountain views. The rooms were spotless and housekeeping came round every day to freshen things up. Breakfast was included in the rate, it was a buffet served by a member of staff behind a glass screen which was a great Idea for COVID protection whilst not limiting choice (would recommend the jam tart, delicious!!) . Activities including bike hire, tennis and kayaking were all included in the room rate which was a great touch and almost unheard of in Europe if you are not staying all inclusive - we enjoyed doing an activity each day. There was a large number of sun loungers so getting up early to reserve one was not necessary. Plenty round the pool and also on the decking which provided direct access via steps into the sea. Reviewed By antonio tPienamente confermate tutte le recensioni positive che avevo letto, struttura nuovissima, pulizia eccellente, camere curate nei minimi particolari con tutte le dotazioni necessarie, bagno bellissimo, accoglienza calorosa, ospitalità gradevole e professionale, prenotazione celere e concreta, posizione ottimale e possibilità di parcheggio anche davanti l'ingresso. Due chicche a coronamento ovvero acqua a disposizione nel frigobar e bevande calde (caffè, the) nella hall. Spero non dimenticare niente, ma è sicuramente da ritornarci e da consigliare a tutti, se non altro per l'eccellente rapporto qualità prezzo!!
