Risk your stay at this terrible place
Reviewed By Stay18568894487Stayed twice in this hotel only for the reason of its proximity to the New Delhi station between 15th to 16th and again between 20th to 21st. The approach to the hotel is dirty but save for the well done interiors in the lobby which is pleasing to the eye, everything outside is unhygienic. And god forbid if you get room no. 407. The second stay was terrible to start with. While the folks out there were more interested in collecting the full money, you get all sorts of irresponsible answers when you ask them about the missing amenities. Missing chairs, Dirty Linen, Torn towels, Torn Menu Card, no hanger rod in the room and when asked, was given hangars and asked to put the clothes up from the door/window knobs. The restaurant manager was shameless in not accepting that he had an order pending from us for over an hour and blamed the crowd in the hotel. He did this to us on both the days to show his grudge for all the shouting that he got. I asked for Pepper and was provided the seeds as if to say grind them on your own mate. And have a look at the photo of the tray they used for serving food. Never seen such dirty stuff. Looks like they took us for granted and after making us pay upfront for the 2 days stay, we were literally at ransom. I gave them a full day to set right the hangar but they did not do a damn about it. While I did my reservations through Booking.com, the hotel had the audacity to show the status as Cancelled.

Reviewed By Anita KWe stayed 3 nights. The hosts were gracious and were available to answer any queries. The house itself is gorgeous and even little things such as extra water bottles and towels are taken care of. The location is central and the house is in a quiet secure lane of New Delhi. Eateries are available within 200 mts and you get delivery too. Definitely recommended.

Reviewed By Sunny1713The hotel is so untidy that there is spit of gutka everywhere, the sheets had black stains on them and i left the hotel as soon as i checked in, not suggested for couples or family, staff is also very uncooperative.
