I will list down the pros and cons here for everyone's help : - Very helping owner , Very much appreciated ... - close to railway station - budget cost , - average neatness , - Calm area Cons : - An old basic house property converted to homestay - Rooms are small , - Need attention for further cleaning of washrooms and rooms - Very limited food options , (but food is available ) - The Gali leading to the property is not good ,

Reviewed By prashantup06Below is my feedback 1. No dustbin provided. 2. Tv and fan were not working, I have to reach reception below 3 times for the same. 3. No water provided, on-demand they provided. 4. Telephone not working. 5. Bathroom is truly filthy and dirty all over. You can go through the images. 6. Even flush is not working. 7. They provided only free channel on tv, no proper entertainment channel provided. 8. Towel is smelling bad.

Reviewed By 801manojcHotel does not offer breakfast and moreover the nearby Agarwal restaurant was closed when we went there around 8 am for breakfast. Rooms and Bathrooms were not clean and not maintained as well. Geysers installed seems to be old fashioned gas geysers and not the normal geysers which was disappointing. Overall had a bad experience and would not recommend this property for family.

Reviewed By Chandan1391.lift is in bad shape. Sometime it does not work. It is a small shoping complex cum hotel 2.Room Size is moderate. I found that shower was not working and tap of the bathroom was faulty 3.There is no power back up for AC.Whenever power goes off your room will become hot (3-4 times in a day) 3.It is inbetween mathura and vrindavan. You will not be able to find any ola ride from here.There is nothing in walking distance.If you are visiting with your family then better get a hotel in mathura 4.Water here is salty. You have to pay for drinking water. If you ask for RO water, staff will straight away deny it. When I complained about this Oyo, I was threatened by hotelier that They will not provide me water anymore 5.Hotel staffs are cunning and rude. Ask for your room service bill and check the sum. 6.fraud:Hotelier may ask for your mobile to check details of your booking in oyo app then rate hotel 5 star in oyo app during checkout. So, Don't believe in Oyo 4.3 rating. Be safe!
