As a mum of two young children any spare time I have is precious and therefore I feel a nice pamper session is always needed. Whenever I visit Amy Gordon I am greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation which always goes a long way. Not only are the staff extremely friendly, lovely and approachable; the treatments on offer are always at a high standard. I love coming to have my nails and brows done. Not only for a treat to myself but for the adult conversation, it feels like I’m catching up with old friends. I always leave feeling amazing. Oh and the hot drinks and biscuits are very much appreciated too. Keep up the good work ladies.

Floatation Therapy & Kombucha tasting sessions. Two of our great passions under one roof! Floatation therapy simply involves lying effortlessly on the surface of warm water that has been saturated in Epsom salts. This will be done in one of our two floatation tanks, they are filled 25cm deep with water to which so much Epsom salts have been added, that when you get in and lie on your back, you are pushed to the surface so you float like a cork. When the door is closed the float room is sound proof and in pitch black darkness (light is optional) eliminating the senses of sight and sound. As well as this the water and air temperature is heated to near body temperature so your body doesn’t know where one finishes and other begins this gives a feeling of pure weightlessness. Post float you can chill in our cosy kombucha lounge and sample a kombucha from our extensive range.

Such a lovely experience. The tasting menu of canapés & Kombucha was perfect. Great simple & natural flavours....we enjoyed so much we purchased some takeaway Kombucha. The friendly & calming ambience made us instantly relax. Can’t wait to visit again soon! Thank you!

Myself and my son had a Hot Stone Massage today.The experience was amazing just what l needed. The massage was totally tailored for my needs.Unlocking problem areas.It was relaxing/destressing and Comforting.Full praise to the very experienced therapist Kelly .I will be having this treatmentfortnigjtly. Would recommend good for Mind Body and Soul. Thank You Kelly. My Son A’s also rebooked . Previously we had a Biotec Line Erazer facial with Paula this treatment is also amazing it plumps up the skin, reduces lines and gives you back a youthful glow. A wonderful treatment including hands on facial massage with the Biotec treatment. WELL DONE Kelly and Paula for both treatments Very Experienced.

We had a fantastic time today. The service was brilliant. Staff were fantastic and the new menu is amazing. Tessa was so helpful and we rebooked as it really was a great day. The first and third Sunday of each month has a private booking under the title name, 6pm to 9pm. 2 saunas, 4 water areas, salt room, steam room and an aromatherapy room. well you would never believe this was a sports centre as they put on a fantastic Jimmy Carr live show ..There's a lot of venue's that could learn a thing or two about organising a busy live show such as this !!!!!!! from the car park facilities to the bar to the toilets the whole thing was a well oiled machine well done staff !!!! even the car park was only £1 ...brilliant organising...the bar was very fast at serving and as important they didn't rip you off for drinks ...This is before the legend Jimmy Carr came on stage ..such a inter-mate venue ,and we were front row ..loved it...as i said all the big venues take note on how to organise a show with out massive ques and rip off price's..well done..
