I have been visiting Emma for quite a while now and she has helped me with a few problems. But 4 months ago, I asked if she could help with tension headaches. These have plagued me for years and I wasn’t hopeful. However, after a few short sessions, I went from taking 3 to 4 painkillers a day, to taking 3 to 4 a WEEK. I am keeping up with top up sessions and am still virtually headache free. A real life changer, I can’t recommend Emma highly enough.

A hidden gem in Chester, definitely worth a visit. The room is laid out and decorated beautifully, really relaxing ambience, soothing music, the sound of water in the background - hard not to feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. Korn is lovely, put me at ease and explained my treatment and it was AMAZING! I had a relaxation massage and will definitely be back again!

I cannot recommend the spa enough! I booked the Signature Spa Day package which included lunch and The Spa at Carden Signature Experience for my boyfriend’s birthday. It was pricey at £235pp so £470 all together for a day but it really was worth it. The spa was absolutely amazing and the 90 minute treatment was to die for. My therapist, Charlotte, was really lovely. I felt at ease and comfortable and I was relaxed throughout. It was the best 90 minutes of my life. I also lost a Tiffany bracelet and necklace in the spa (stupidly left them in my robe when I left!). Both items were searched for, found and returned. Thank you so much to everyone for making my boyfriend’s birthday so enjoyable and relaxing, we loved it!

All therapists were extremely competent with my sister saying it was the best massage she has ever had. Warm welcome from everyone and a delicious afternoon tea in the hotel afterwards. The therapy rooms had a warm, calm feel. Thank you to Hannah, Ruth and Caren

I went to have a Complete Serenity Package here for my 30th birthday after reading all the rave reviews on TripAdvisor and I was not disappointed at all. The lady who greeted me at reception was lovely and very polite, gave me complementary green tea and a medical history form to fill in - this was much appreciated as it gave me a space to write down the fact that I had broken my big toe earlier this year, and the front of house lady passed this information on to my therapist so she knew not to touch the toe. My therapist - Jum - gave me time to strip down to my underwear (ladies, remove your bra as it gets in the way of the back massage) before she started the massage. You get to change in privacy, obviously. There are about five sets of essential oils to choose from for the aromatherapy massage - Ylang Ylang, Eucalyptus, Lavender, Lemongrass and maybe another that I cannot remember. I picked lemongrass as it is helpful for people with anxiety problems. My therapist let me smell it before using it to make sure I liked it. The aromatherapy massage part of my package was 80 minutes long and consisted of a whole body massage, starting at the legs and feet - then the back and neck - then the arms, before you flip onto your front and the therapist massages your other side. Your chest area and stomach are not touched at all. Jum checked that the pressure was okay twice and gave a nice firm massage with her hands and elbows which felt divine. She was aware of where I had tension and gave these areas special attention. She also bent my legs up towards my backside and pushed a little which felt great, as well as using her hands to 'chop' along the length of my limbs which was invigorating. Then I had a 60 minute long facial where your skin is cleansed, scrubbed and moisturised with various products tailored to your skin type (mine is combination) and your skin is gently massaged. One of the staff knocked and brought more green tea before the facial too which was really thoughtful as I'd already been in the treatment room for 80 minutes. There was meant to be a 30 minute foot massage included in the package too but Jum asked if I would rather have a head and scalp massage - maybe because of my toe problem. This was much appreciated and felt wonderful as she used her fingers to massage through my hair and scalp. Kudos to her for putting up with my exceptionally long and curly hair and having the patience to tie it back for me a few times! When the treatments were over you are allowed to relax and get ready at your leisure, and there is a bathroom on the premises so you can use the facilities. I was given a glass of water and told to relax in their beautiful waiting area before leaving. The staff also told me to rest and drink plenty for the rest of the day. To anyone who enjoys massages, be you male or female, ThaiNamoon is the only place in the region to go. It is worth travelling to get to if you are in the wider Cheshire/Merseyside region, and if you are visiting Chester from afar definitely consider booking a treatment here - it will make your stay even more memorable and relaxing. They also have a room for couples to get a massage side by side which is nice. I have had massages all over the world as I travel very, very often for work, and this is by far the best I have ever received. Their prices are really, really good value and I would definitely recommend a tip for the therapist at the end of your treatments as they work really hard. Thanks ThaiNamoon for making my 30th super relaxing!

Went for a Swedish massage and OMG it was amazing! I've never known a massage therapist to understand and work to what my body needed. I prefer a more relaxing massage, but where they can work out the knots and tightness, but usually have to ask for the latter. But no need to at Sabai. I was amazed at how atuned Nat (I think that's her name) was to my body. I would highly recommend Sabai Beauty and I've been to many in Chester. I'm never going anywhere else. Thank you for making me feel so much better, I really needed it and I'll be back soon.
