We enjoyed having drinks in the afternoon on this lovely square and visiting the farmers' market on Saturday. Even in Corona Times this was very enjoyable.

Bergkerk

What is always sad to me is when I see beautiful churches in the Netherlands that are not used any more as a home for prayers. This is one of such churches. It is now used as a gallery. Amazing masterpiece, when you're inside, you have feeling that you walk through history. Really recommend to visit when you are in Deventer. Deventer in general is not very touristic place, not as popular as Amsterdam or the Hague but it's really worth visiting. And bergkerk is one more reason to visit Deventer.

Stunning church with simple, Calvinistic interior (white) which traces of it's Catholic past. Wonderful and spacious.
