We produce Soy Sauce in the traditional methodology since our inception in 1830 of the Edo Period. We offer a Free Factory Tour during these times*: (Mon. thru Fri. 1PM, Sat. & Sun. & Holidays: 1PM, 2PM, 3PM). The tour is about 20 minutes long, and you don't need a reservation. Please come directly to the factory. *Disclaimer: Depending on the factory conditions, we may not be able to offer a tour every day. Also, not all parts of the factory are accessible during the tour.
