Whenever I take hop on hop off tours, my main intent is to use them as a method to get from point A to point B without getting lost (my usual method) and seeing more of the city than if I was walking; that being said, I don't worry too much about the commentary available. I like to walk, but Seoul is a car friendly city, and I don't think I could have walked to all of the sights I wanted to in one day, and it was cheaper than multiple taxis. There are three routes available, and I did buy the two day ticket that allowed me to take more than one route. I was mostly interested in the Palace route, which includes the three palaces, the War Memorial of Korea, Hanok Village and N Seoul Tower. Logistically, the ticket process can be confusing or at least not as easy as you would think. You can pre-purchase the ticket online, but you have to take that voucher to the kiosk and turn it in for a ticket, which means you cannot just hop on the bus if there is a stop near your hotel. A couple of times the drivers looked at my ticket and looked confused, but still let me on, but I didn't understand why they were confused, it couldn't have been the first time they saw that type of ticket, could it? I didn't have any of the issues that some other reviewers had, but I can understand some of the frustration. So, I would recommend using the bus as a way to see a large city and a lot of its sights without trying to navigate on your own.

I actually visited Korea in September of 2019 but the system would only allow me to select as far back as Dec. Justin was practically perfect. The weather was touch and go during the week (thanks Typhoon LingLing), but he was extremely flexible the entire way through. He let me dictate the locations, the poses, the time, and everything in between. This was a solo trip and a birthday photoshoot I was planning. Justin made absolutely sure that I looked amazing for my big day. The edits had a surprisingly fast turnaround with stunning work as well. I’m African American and sometimes photographers don’t consider my complexion when taking photos in the bright light. Justin didn’t have that problem at all and didn’t try to “brighten” my skin when taking or editing the photos. I would highly recommend him and would have him take my photos again without a second thought. He was also a pleasure to be with and a positive companion for the last days of my trip.

Our tour guide was incredible. We really enjoyed learning and visiting this part of Korea. It was eye opening and a day I will never forget. Getting to go in the tunnel was exhilarating and definitely an amazing experience. The lunch was delicious and our tour guide even helped us make some phone calls to attend a video game competition.

We enjoyed very much our half day at the Seoul Marina Club & Yacht. It wasn't hard to find, actually the Seoul Marina Club & Yacht is easily and conveniently located in Yeouido-dong in Seoul. The Seoul Marina has various services and as we saw whilst being there it provides one-stop yacht services with everything from yacht rentals to yacht maintenance, repair, and mooring and yacht education. During our walks around the Seoul Marina Club & Yacht we saw several types of yachts, including dinghies and power yachts that are used for the club’s regular trips. On site boats are also available for rent by individual visitors. After a day out on the water, we did relax at the Marina Center, which has a place called the Cafe Breeze, Marina Ru (a Japanese restaurant), Ru (a tapas bar), and a convention hall. It is highly recommended and a must. Finally we recommend you to enjoy the boat ride which lasts about 1 hour. Please scroll down on our reviews and you'll find our comments on that particular activity. Altogether a neat place to walk or to take a nice ride along the Han River.
