had a great time wine tasting at different wineries! the guides from SmartTrip, especially Danielle Cohen, did a wonderful job of managing the group and making sure everyone was having a good time and got their share of wine and photoshoots! I heard about the trip from Danielle and I'm glad I was able to make the half-day trip while in Italy!

A group of Australian friends came to visit Rome and I found In Alexia a perfect guide! I am Roman but she let us discover some beautiful details of this city that neither I knew. My wife and really enjoyed our trip to Iceland—and we GREATLY appreciate the incredible amount of effort that went into planning our trip. We are both vaccinated, but didn't know what to expect. Traveling itself was easier then we imagined. Firebird team helped us arrange PCR tests for arrival/departure, and shared all requirements that Iceland has for indoor outdoor mask requirements. Basically you need to wear mask inside in all public places, and should be wearing it outside, but most people usually don't have it on. Our guide and drivers always were wearing mask and had extra masks and cleaning solutions with them at all times, which we appreciate. We plan to use Firebird again in the near future. Thank you very much for everthing!

Christian helped make our Florence experience memorable! My husband and I traveled throughout Italy with our two young children ( 8 and 5 years old) and they were so excited for their Fiat tour. They were the only kids on the tour but Christian made sure it fun and educational for them. The whole group was inviting and it was great to get to meet people from all around the world! My kids can not wait to travel more and still talk about how awesome the tour was. I highly recommend this tour with or without kids. We were taken to scenic views throughout Tuscany and even had to maneuver through the streets of Florence in a super fun classic Fiat. Everywhere we drove people would stop and wave because of the group of Fiats brought joy to everyone! This was the best tour we took in Italy and when we come back for a visit we are definitely doing it again! (Our tour was pre-covid)

We did a private wine country tour with Francesco in October 2019 (it has taken me entirely too long to write this review). We had a great time with Francesco. He is so personable and was so much fun to spend the day with. Ask him to tell you the story of why there are black roosters on Chianti Classico wine bottles. Francesco is very professional, was able to accommodate a change in plans based on our preferences, and delivered top-notch service throughout the day. If (when) we go back to Florence, we will be giving Francesco a call!

This tour was so so good. Our tour guide Angelo was amazing. He knew everything there was to know and was able to answer any and all questions brought up to him even if they were about things not related to the tour exhibitions. It was worth seeing both the Uffizi and the Accademia. There were no lines to skip due to the covid-19 situation as we took this tour a week before things got shut down but I would recommend this tour to anyone coming to florence as it is not only a tour of the two big galleries but also a small city walking tour.

I couldn’t put correct date on this review - I did this tour with my two children in August 2019 and originally posted it then. I have had a message to say that I had posted it under the wrong company (one with a very similar name). I would like to re-post the review as we had such a brilliant day with our guide and would like to recommend the tour company to others whenever this type of activity goes ahead again! Our guide Ms Ivanova was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour took in many places around the city and we also visited the Uffizi in the afternoon. I was with my children aged 6 and 9 and both really enjoyed this day. They felt included and learned a lot. The guide met us at the times planned and gave plenty of opportunities for questions and were able to answer any queries. Everything was organised well and went smoothly. We were unable to book a tour inside the Duomo but actually this one which took us all the way around the outside and to other fascinating parts of the city was perfect for my family.
