Although I am a Christian and not an expert in architecture, I have a deep appreciation for Islamic architecture. This is one of the most beautiful building in Abuja and one most of my friends and family who come to visit appreciate seeing. While not as impressive as some of the Mosques I have seen in the Middle East, it is still an impressive site in the Abuja cityscape. It’s hard to miss when driving through the city centre and stands out amongst the otherwise sterile government office buildings in the city centre.

This is a must visit site whenever you aren Kano the hill was drilled from the inside to serve as a big tank or reservoir where water is pinned into it from the challawa water treatment plant to serve the ancient city of Kano state At night the hill serves as the watch dog of the sity as you can see the whole movement in the city for the purpose of safety and security

A wonderful trip ( good exercise too)! Very knowledgeable tour guides who gave great background into the history of the ancient city of Abeokuta. I loved the city of Abeokuta and learning about the history made me appreciate it more.
