If you are on holiday in Ixia , probably staying at an "all inclusive" fancy hotel , at some point you will seek a bar with friendly staff and drinks that actually have alcohol in them, if so , then you need to visit Yiannis pub. We found this bar purely by accident but glad we did. Nickos and Elios (spell) made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, a huge Greek welcome , smiling face, laughter and banter, nickos certainly is a character. The bar has a lovely atmosphere, great music and the best bit....you can actually get proper measures in your drinks (unlike the surrounding hotels ) The best cocktails in town and reasonable prices . Thank you Yiannis pub for looking after us and making it an enjoyable evening each time we visited. I like your style ????

An absolute gem serving delicious Greek wine. You can order by the glass and then receive cushions to borrow and sit on the steps to enjoy your wine while watching the world go by. Just wonderful and very reasonably priced bottles to take away as well.

This place is simply the best restaurant in Rhodes town! It is owned by the same owner of Tamam restaurant That moved here to have a nice combo with restaurant and bar. I felt like home and they treated me like a special guest when I ate there for two consecutive nights as I was astonished by the Linguine with mussels and shrimps and their fried or baked cheese. The owner and his daughters are simply perfect in terms of kindness, excellent service and attention to the guests. Highly recommended!! Grazie!

What a find this bar was. We went every night for two weeks. Mike the owner is such a great guy, full of local knowledge about the history of Rhodes town. He entertained us with his Elvis impression and always made us laugh. The bar has 2 screens showing sport with music from the 60s, 70s and 80s playing in the background. The drinks prices are around the cheapest in the area with an ice cold beer served in a frozen glass at €2.80 a pint. His service is second to none always with a smile and a funny quip and every round is served with a bowl of crisps. We miss our nights there and he made our holiday that bit more special, thanks Mike, hope to see you again sometime soon, Nigel and Stella.

Best place for early drinks outside, amazing friendly staff, always attentive,helpful.They have great party’s later in the evenings, i was on lady’s night on Monday ????????. A lot classier than the rest of the bars on the bar street.
