Muhammed was a very qualified driver with good english skills. He picked me up promptly at the hotel (even rung the hostel to know he was arriving soon), took me to get coffee at the start of the trip and were very open to let me have my time, and get snacks etc. Would definitely recommend the trip and driver to anyone else! We spent a fantastic time in Jordan during our 5-day tour with Trip500. Zaid, our personal driver and guide pick us up at the airport and drove us around the country. All Hotels, breakfasts, attractions and some dinners were included in the price. Guys, believe me this is the cheapest option to travel in style and see everything that Jordan has to offer. Hotels were all high standard and the car was big, clean luxurious and comfortable. The Wadi Rum desert experience & the day trip to Petra was one of the best adventures of my life. Zaid was planning every day with us, keeping in mind our time preferences (that was really early sometimes) so we make the most of our holiday. He was always punctual, friendly, patient & professional. Arranged easy check-ins at the Hotels, showed us some of the most breath-taking scenery, travelling off road and stopping over at really interesting places. A first-class tour and a great guide, can't recommend this company enough.

I never take the time to write a review because I am never really impressed. Jordan Private Tours changed my mind! I was blown away by their flexibility to change things and their quick response, not to mention they allowed us to customize our private tour and their friendliness! My husband and I travelled to Jordan in late April 2021 and had Ja’far Iskek as our guide and driver throughout our visit. We visited Amman, Jarash, Petra, Wadi Rum, and the Dead Sea. Throughout, Ja'far provided great insight into the history of the areas and took care of us. He also provided cold water bottles in the car and not to mention WIFI in the car as well. Visiting Joran was definitely a trip of a lifetime! We will cherish our memories forever! Thank you so much for the hospitality. I highly recommend Jordan Private Tours and Ja'far Iskek! Thanks!

It’s really a unforgettable experience. Emad picked up me from my hotel . He is a very good guide . He knows the city inside out . Cause he had been doing this for a long time . He gave me a quick briefing about the tour . He told me I can spend as long as I like if I am interested in some places . To void crowds we should visit the mosque first. Nobody was there when we arrived . So the mosque opened the door just for me . What a VIP treat . After the mosque we went to citadel. I loaned to stay there for 45 minutes . After I stepped in , there was a magic in the air. I instant fall in this place . The view is spectacular , 360 degrees panorama view of Amman city . The ruined monuments and the temple, also the museum just kept me going for ever. When I realized my next appointment was coming . I have stayed there by myself almost 2.5 hours . Emad was patiently waiting for me outside . When I ready to leave , he was there already to pick me up . Due to the timing , he suggested me servers new plans . They are all sounds very interesting . If I have time I will contact him and let him to show me all the best places in Amman . I really enjoyed this trip ....

Booked a transfer last December 2019 with this company and they were able to provide us transfer even on a short time notice. We travelled with kids (8 & 5) ,they provide car seat with additional charges, the van was clean and comfortable. Driver was patiently waiting us after the immigration at the border and was friendly especially to our kids. If you are looking for a hassle -free and comfortable transfer from the border to the city, they are definitely the company where to book to.

This was my first trip organized over emails, everything from enquiry, planning, replanning, booking & final confirmation was over emails. I was skeptical. We had booked a tour package that covered ground transport and stay at Jordan. On landing, we had the driver waiting, he took as to the car. We were expecting a car, a sedan, but there it was a huge mini-van (Hyundai H1) just for 3 of us (2 adults and 1 baby). The driver then confirms that he would be with us throughout our stay in Jordan (This was a request during booking and Amani tours managed to include it). The van made a huge difference to our road trip, we were travelling with a 2 year old, so she had oodles of space to move around, especially on the longer routes (Dead Sea - Petra, Aqaba - Airport). They had in fact arranged for a child seat as well. The bookings were exactly as per the final itinerary shared, check in at each hotel was smooth. Overall, our short Jordan trip was awesome. I definitely recommend Amani tours! Our booking officer was Mr. Mahmoud Barghouthi. Our driver was Mr. Haitam, one talkative chap who had kept the mood peppy throughout the journey with loads of information. We bonded well over the 5 days. Thanks! Note: Working over emails is easy, they respond pretty quickly, 1 day turn around time at max.
