Alleged to be the first regional historian, this is apparently the 4th statue of Bertels. Located on the bridge from Echternach. Lu to Echternacherbrucke. De it provides a scenic view of the Sure and is just a short walk from the Market Place and Municipal Gardens in Echternach - all worth seeing!!
