Reviewed By Pathfinder273499This charming hotel has spacious, clean rooms and breathtaking views. The breakfast was lovely. Maria and Ms. Foli - the owner of the place - were very friendly. Nice location with a superb restaurant on a nearby square, a few minutes walk form the Petradi Hotel! We enjoyed the stay very much.

Friendly owners - Great view
Reviewed By konstantinosm462The owners are very friendly, hospitable and hard working people. They do everything alone (managing, cleaning, cooking). The rooms are big with a nice balcony with view to Meteora. Also the breakfast is really good, offering healthy choices (greek yogurt, fresh local eggs, fresh fruits and veggies from their own garden). Finally, I want to thank them for their great hospitality!

Reviewed By a bWe stayed for three nights at the end of April/start of May in the room at the back. There are only three rooms, all opening onto a shared living room and shared kitchen. The landlady, Ntina, treated us so well, like family, so we had a great time. The location is on the edge of the village so quiet and easy to park nearish. But you can walk the back paths into the centre of the village. The room is well appointed. Decent bathroom (with bath). No balcony but there is a nice seating area outside the front door. The breakfasts were lavish. The only downside was that the double bed wasn't particularly comfortable. Otherwise everything else was great. It would be a wonderful place for a large family or perhaps three couples (friends) to rent the entire place. But even when we were there we made good use of the kitchen and even sat in the sittingroom to read one evening.

Reviewed By Elisavet GVery nice indeed. The room was newly refurbished, with a mattress that made you want to sleep. The bathroom was gorgeous and it was all super clean. The people working there made the difference though, you leaved them all. The view from our room was spectacular! One thing I would like to see a bit better was maybe breakfast, which was good, but could be better.

Reviewed By DuplicariusThis is a lovely traditional guest house in a delightful spot right in the middle of a quiet village . You have to park a little distance away and walk down cobbled streets for a few metres but this just adds to the experience. We had a very warm welcome and our hostess even managed to rustle up a breakfast even though we hadn’t booked one The accommodation was plain but spotlessly clean and we really enjoyed our stay. We would most definitely stay again if we had the opportunity.

Reviewed By RustyHarwichPicked Opalio after extensive search on the internet. Our apartment was right at the top of the accommodation with beautiful views from the balcony. The apartment was immaculate and spotlessly clean. Reasonable Wi-Fi reception and good air con. Parking was on the road outside on the one way system but being on the top floor we could virtually step out of the car into our apartment. Owners very friendly and helpful. There is a well lit path from the accommodation down to the sea and Tavernas. Easy going down but a little more difficult climbing up at the end of the evening although there is a strategically placed bench around half way up where you can catch your breath.

The view was breathtaking. the Pelion mountain view with the sea at day and the stars at night. The landlord was very helpful and helped us with places to visit and gave us some great suggestions. He also makes the breakfast himself. If you visit you HAVE to try the white peach marmalade!!! And also the spinach and cheese pies.

Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Reviewed By MIZI13Ristorante "trovato" girando lungo la costa Greca. Dal profumo che veniva dal ristorante, abbiamo capito che doveva esserci qualcosa di buono da non perdere. E così è stato. Abbiamo speso una cifra giustissima per quello che ci siamo mangiati e per la qualità (circa 30/35€ in due). Non ci siamo fatti mancare niente delle specialità greche che offriva. Servizio veloce e cortese, ambiente cordiale e pulito. Ottimi i dessert tipici locali. Buona sia la birra che il vino della casa. Volendo la struttura offre anche camere per soggiorni. La figlia del proprietario ha studiato in Italia e parla benissimo la nostra lingua. In cucina c'è la moglie del Sig. Vassilis.... quindi vedete voi. Se andrete in vacanza in Grecia zona Sud di Igoumenitza, non perdetevi questo lacale. Ampio parcheggio per i clienti, fronte ristorante. FATEMI SAPERE. Non fate che rimanete contenti e non me lo dite!!!

Wonderful host, attention to detail
Reviewed By Olga JThe location is very very cute, right by the river and a few steps from the beach. But what won us over was the sincere kindness of the owner, who offered us advice on where to go and what to see, and was even worried about us missing out on a picturesque path we had not been aware of. The other very nice thing was the attention to detail in the decoration and in every little thing, both in the common spaces and in the rooms: colour cordination, small cute nautical-theme items, everything has been chosen carefully and with love. The pinnacle in all this is the hand-crafted small tablecloths ("semedakia") strewn over everything, which are actually the owner's family heirlooms. I still can't believe he trusts his guests to take good enough care of them and I'm sure many don't even appreciate them. But it is for me an indication of the pure and guileless love with which this place was put together. In a time when most owners are just out to make a quick buck, we found this attitude pretty unique -- thank you!
