Mold all over bathroom!

Reviewed By Alexis F

Do not stay here. The staff were rude and made it seem like we were a nuisance for providing feedback about our room! When we asked to be moved due to the mold and filth of the room, we were denied. The pictures are descieving. There was MOLD all over my bathroom. The wallpapers were peeling off everywhere. I have never experienced a room so horrendous! I will never be staying here again.

Very disappointed

Reviewed By sue5665Cornwall

The Hotel was a real disappointment & needs to be taken off of booking.com & TripAdvisor needs to review the listing as it is false advertising. Ignore any reviews or photos as these were from the previous owners but it now belongs to the chain OYO Hotels. No staff, no breakfast or any other food, no bar, dirty rooms, ripped sheets, disgusting shower, horrible smell in the indoor pool area & the outdoor pool OMG, the whole place need a deep clean. We have 2 flats that we let out & if they were in this state we would be shut down. We stayed in the superior suite with sea view & payed over £130 per night !

After been double booked and left high and dry at the crown in Aldbourne. I drove to The White Hart, not having a clue what to expect or if they had any rooms. They had a room and accommodated us straight away. Very friendly and we really landed on our feet. In fact we were glad that were let down by the crown, as you can tell its poorly run. The White Hart is gem and rooms are modern, clean. The pub is beautiful. We had a wonderful two night stay, great room, great pub, friendly staff. No I rolling like at the crown when my wife ordered a coffee, before we found out they let us down. 10 out of 10 The White Hart.

Brilliant Golf Break

2 Night stay away with 3 golf friends. A great stay in the wooden lodges and between the four of us each had a sofa. All 3 bedrooms had en-suite and fully equipped kitchen but our rate included half board with breakfast and lunch at the clubhouse. We really enjoyed the golf with a FLAT 27 holes and during the 3 days the holes were mixed around. I don’t know as ladies if the pro put us on our own start every round but we didn’t have pressure from other players coming up behind us. The course was in good condition and challenging in places so plenty of good course Managment and the woodland course I personally found really difficult but the rhododendrons in full colour made up for it and it to be missed. I must mention Scott and the other lovely man in the pro shop as they were so helpful with everything including helping with our cards. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and a good English breakfast and a 3 course dinner every night. We spoke to other groups who had been coming for years and we can see why

Good for a short stay in central Weymouth

Reviewed By philiphK9431TR

If you want a short stay in central Weymouth then you can't do much better than this, being across the road from the station and within few minutes walk to Beach, Harbour, or Town Centre. Whilst first appearances might be off-putting ,with reception being the Pub next door, the accommodation and service were good. The room we had was spacious, comfortable and clean, whilst breakfast options were freshly cooked and of good quality. The owners clearly work very hard to run both the hotel and adjacent pub and they do a good job. In addition they were very warm and welcoming.
