Careful with this hotel, they don’t have a coffee machine in the whole hotel, heaters don’t work, forniture is old with the excuse it’s rustic, there is no cell data and barely signal for calls, there’s no internet, they say that it’s not working for now but reviews from 2017 saying the same. There is bad attitude from the personnel there, cleaned up our room and they didn’t put more toilet paper, it’s so close to train station that you will hear it on your head so loud at midnight and 6 am. Parking lot is so tight and personnel sey, you can park wherever you want. There’s no food, coffee or bar there, with the excuse you go to their most expensive hotel near there, where they will charge you 20 dollars for a dinner, that the accountant of the hotel described that has meat, poultry and salads, having grilled chicken, ground meat, spaghetti and a salad with only tomatoes and lettuce... and they charge you for drinks on top.

Great and abundant food by Margarita, and drives to Urique and Tarahumara/Rirumuri sites and culture by Mario. great overlooks of the Urique Canyon. we were picked up by Mario at Divisidero...friendly, good English. The ranch is pretty self-sufficient, with cattle, horses, veggie garden, etc. A highlight to our trip to Copper Canyon.

Stayed 10 days. Rooms are adequate, we didn't spend much time in them as we were out climbing most of the day. Rooms were clean, no bugs/pests. Beds were comfortable, a friend stayed at pagoda & sendero and complained about how hard her mattress was. Be prepared with ear plugs as the neighbors/locals like to turn the music up loud. Favorite feature was the hammock right outside the room (every room has 1). Strong wifi all around the resort, plenty of room in the communal kitchen (cook tops, fridge & shelf space). Swimming pool was available for rest days but we didn't use it as the water was cold in mid March. The restaurant at the resort was a little expensive compared to options up & down the street but it was convenient. The employees know a little English but it's always good to try to learn the native language when you visit a foreign country. What makes the place so welcoming is the other guests that stay there. Everyone is eager to share trail/climb beta or restaurant suggestions or supplies that they didn't use during their stay. Someone handed off a 24 pack of water and an almost full bottle of tequila. A taxi snafu at the end of our visit upended our vacation but Olga, the lady at the front desk & señor Lozano (owner, I think) made it right. He booked my flight and hotel stay in Monterey & made sure I was able to get home safely. He was very apologetic and assured me that this was the 1st time in 20+ years that this happened. We'll return for sure.

Terrible place to stay!! I will never return there. My family and I reserve for 2 nights only stay one night this place is dirty and old, the AC was broken and the worse part is that we had to deal with loud people drinking outside we complain more then 4 times but they didn't do anything I couldn't take my kids out of that hotel because it was 4 am but next morning I book in another hotel. The management there really sucks we didn't even care about a reimbursement after the cancellation but they never apologize instead they were acting horrible to us. Is not safe place for you and your family!! The most frustrating part was had to deal with the poor and lack of management. their attitude is horrible they prefer to distort things before accepting that they do not know how to do their job and ask customers for an apology. Very disappointing!

Este hotel dejo de operar bajo esa administracion y ahora tiene una nueva y otro nombre, seria importante que esta publicidad fuera dada de baja para no confundir a los clientes o para evitarles resesrvar en un hotel que no toma mas reservaciones.

This is an older hotel, well past its prime. It is located in the historic center of Chihuahua. The rooms are clean and the AC good. For the price, it's good value for a good night's sleep. It's quiet, but the street out front does not feel safe at night, and I travel everywhere in Mexico. There is plenty of hot water, but be forewarned, you get no soap, no shampoo or anything. You also do not get a bottle of water and they don’t have any on site to buy either. The WiFi can be sketchy, depending on where your room is. The people were very helpful, but no taxis responded when they called for one. It says no smoking, but there were plenty of ash trays full of cigarette butts in the courtyard. Again, it's a dated property, but clean. It just need some TLC. But you will sleep well. At a fair price.

We stayed one night and it was very nice of them to pick us up from the station. Furthermore, we had a great dinner there, cooked by the owner herself. The room was spacious and had a hot shower. Be aware though that the village is really tiny and has next to nothing to do. There are a supermarket and an other cabañas with tour information. The people of Arepo/Lolitas tried to help us with tours but had very limited information. One lady was so kinds to drive us to the adventure park and explain how stuff works there. She also took us to our next hotel, after which it became clear we had to pay for the driving. This is perfectly normal, but it would have been nice to hear it up front :)

No me gustó el hotel: se encuentra en una zona insegura, está deteriorado y no les preocupa el mantenimiento. El ruido y el mal olor en la habitación no me dejaron dormir. El personal fue amable, aunque algo inexpertos.
