Amazing one night stay
Reviewed By 972reganmWe booked this hotel for our last night in Phuket, since it was very close to the airport, but it ended up easily being our favourite part of Phuket. The staff was very helpful, picked us up from the airport, and gave shuttles to the nai yang beach, which has an excellent night market. Our room faced in towards the pool area, which was a beautiful saltwater pool surrounded by lots of trees - very relaxing environment. Rooms were clean and had a/c.

Perfect overnight stopover
Reviewed By sarahdK9931BDThe rooms are big and spotlessly clean. New bathroom and clean comfy bed with a firm mattress. The owners are just gorgeous. Calm but friendly and kind. My room was a little warm but straight away was offered a different room and / or a fan. This is the perfect place for a stopover for a flight, although a bit of a walk to main road for drinks, food or snacks. Owners happy to help by picking up some drinks from the local store and give a free transfer from the hotel Stay - give a local couple who care about their property the business!

Disgusting
Reviewed By JohnthenimDo not stay here. Room was full of mosquitoes,with lots squashed on the white walls. Complained but they didn't care. Room was dirty. I paid cash for a 3 night stay for 2 rooms and refused to stay there and immediately checked out and wanted my money back as we hadn't used it. They tried to charge me 1 night for both rooms which I refused. They then charged me for 1 room because my son sat on the bed. Terrible place and terrible staff. Nai yang is a great place with plenty of superb accommodation. Just don't stay here.

It's ok.... close to beach
Reviewed By AussieRicho1Room is large. Hot water not hot. Internet good. TV good reception. Front desk- hopeless at English. No free bicycles as shown on hotels.com. Close to beach .. as in on beach. At $50 a night AUD it could be better. 2 nights was enough.

Reviewed By JoharneyWe arrived late in Phuket and bookeda place close to the airport for accommodation, not knowing we were going to be met with such poor standards. 1. The back door was "locked" with a piece of cloth(I have a photo to verify) 2. The toilet cistern was running whole night( nobody able to assist) 3. In another room of our friends, their shower did not work at all. 4. The location was within walking distance from the airport. Very convenient and no need for a taxi. 5. They arrange a free shuttle to the airport before your flight also, which is great. It's a great little gem. Would 100% recommend to friends passing through phuket airport!

Unacceptably mean
Reviewed By jameshjFirst the bad. No tea and coffee provided. The shower gel quantities were enough for 1 shower for one person. Its 400m from the beach down an unpleasant pedestrian alley sandwiched between up market resorts much used by motorbikes (and at one point, a car tried it!). In front of the chalets is a 10m garden beyond which is a public road. No privacy, much noise and fumes. The good. Its close to the airport. 40 minutes pleasant walk to the departure hall. The units themselves are fine. The staff were helpful I can accept mean management if I'm paying a cheap price. I wasn't.

Incredible Hospitality definitely stay if you're in naiyang
Reviewed By Hollie BFrom the moment I arrived I was greated by Glory with a warm hello and nice cold bottle of water. The place is very quiet and has a nice homely vibe. Glory upgraded me to a more comfortable room with a nice big bed a kitchenette and big bathroom. They have all the amenities, coffee, water, fresh towels and soon to have locals meals served on site. He also offered myle fresh and famous pineapple. It's great if you want to bring your own cheap food back there is a mini fridge and a beautiful seated area outside to enjoy your meals. It is also just a short walk to the beach but far enough away from the hustle and noise of the beach. Perfect location to get to the airport as it is only a short drive. There is a national park within walking distance and the beach is long with lots of great small eating vendors. Suntalee House is really good value for money. I felt right at home. I will definitely be back when I'm back in Phuket.

Living room with 45 inch smart TV so you get Netflix, huge bedroom with AC, huge comfy bed and dresser, kitchenette with fridge and a bathroom with a powerful, hot shower! Everything was cleaned spotlessly and the place felt very new. Located 10 minute walk from the beach between Pensiri House Hotel and the family mart at the end of the street. Down a side street near The Cave restaurant. The lady was very nice and the house was cleaned every other day with bottled water supplied each day. All for 700 baht. The only place we will stay in Nai Yang.
