Pretty new property and value for money
Reviewed By sathishktravellerThis is a pretty much new property and I had book for 2 of us. The place is decent and clean enough and the cost seems to be ok. This place will be helpful for those staying in a group, cost per head is less when staying as a group of 8-20 people.

A very good family stay accommodation
Reviewed By AshokKumar MWe really enjoyed good reasonable stay. Mr Kannan was very courteaous during and before our stay. They have a roadside car parking wh is good. The guest house is situated just 1 km from burstling crowded mayuram shopping area. It is just behind Sri Ranganatha Swamy temple. Important to note they have not provided soap towel, may be due to covid situation. Though they donot serve in house food the near by Uma catering food is a homely tasty and treat to our soul. I wish to add that they hv another business home made ready to cook delicacies is a good outlet a must try. Those who plans Navagraha temple tours it is time to change to Mayavaram based one as Kumbakonam is too conjested to move around particularly for self driven families. We wish Mr Kannans family all well for their service.

Reviewed By giriharanaClean and tidy. Next to Restaurant. Near to parimala Ranganathan Temple and AVC marriage hall. Good bargain. 24hrs hot water and pandemic safety measure makes me to visit again. The staff are really helpful.

Its a lodge rather than a Hotel
Reviewed By Harichennai1. You can feel the experience of lodge rather than a hotel. Very poor hygenic conditions, No hot water, Torn bedsheets and blankets, Wet floor mats .No room cleaning. By god's grace AC was working. Terrible food. 2. Fantastic unprofessional people whose services worth for nothing. People are very local doesn't even know how to talk to the customer, their job is to just extract money from the customer. 3. Never cares about COVID-19 protocols. None of them wear masks. 4. 0 rating to be given as there is no option available 5. Stay at your own risk and they will make you suffer.

worst experience
Reviewed By senthil2121i stay last December 2018 along with my family with kids and my relatives more than 25 members. when i ask hot water they said it will available only morning 5 to 7. we traveled more than 300 km and after reach the destination if we want hot water to bath kids they said only in morning and i request its ok morning muhurtham at 5 am so we want half an hour earlier hot water and again they said it will com only after 5. i face lot of problems with my relatives due to this hot water. also at the time of book over phone they said some discount but at the time of vacate the said one rate. also they donot give any receipt for all and they write one note through pencil for all rent details upto vacate, i don't know how much the management will receive the amount. so any one want to stay this residency and need hot water in day time kindly bring it to your home.

Reviewed By valluvan123This hotel is very very Bad for couple and family. There is no space for parking, don't ever hand over your key to these guys. They don't have proper driver to handle the cars. They broke my car number and did not even acknowledge.

Budget Stay at velankanni
Reviewed By LifeofrobbieBasic facilities, budget friendly!! Very close to the Basilica, with good restaurants nearby, good hospitality, they provided hot water as we were travelling with an infant. Only one suggestion is to provide mosquito net or repellants as the mosquitos spoiled our sleep! :-D overall a great stay! Cheers!!

Only Decent Stay in Sirkazhi. Near Old Bus Stand and Sattainathar Temple
Reviewed By email2suryazWhether is good or not it is the only decent option available in this small town. Its actually lodge attached with marriage hall. Near to Sattainathar Temple. No good eatables near by except Ganesh Bhavan which is located in a small street behind the temple. Thadalan Temple and Osai Nayaki temple are a little bit far from here. Charged 1000 for a AC room. They have only minimum Non-AC rooms. No amenities provided. Room was clean while Toilet need a little bit more cleaning. Has Power Backup, but not for AC. For this small town its OK for family peoples as i don't find any decent stay near by.

However the hotel is not good to stay with family as the major concentration of hotel is towards bar. The bar is in first floor and is hindrance for the movement of family. Also hotel staff are friendly and tough to get parking space.
