Reviewed By 835jaikI took 3 rooms for one night, three families, this was transit point only. Interior is old, staff is OK, breakfast was OK, location is very close to railway station. OK for short stay only, staff will give everything u need, toilet accessories very very basic

Reviewed By madhur1975This is my second time saying here in the same room(101). This is surely the best room. Very specious room with seprate lugage and changing room. You can see the whole bazaar activities even laying down at your bed. Good for a small family or for 3 adults. Staff is courteous Raghunath Mandir is just on walking distance. Numbers of good restaurants are nearby. Only one disadvantag...they don't have any lift/escalator so if u have any elderly member with you than avoid. Owner Mr. Gupta is very friendly and very well aware about whole Jammu...u will enjoy talking with him.

Reviewed By iamgormanGross. You can hear the cockaroaches scurry across the floor at night. Booked online for three nights based on positive reviews. The reviews are undeserved. I booked a deluxe room but was taken to a room which was far from deluxe. Most times water was unavailable to shower or even wash my hands or flush the toilet. Power often didn't work. The lift sounded unsafe and was often unavailable due to power cuts. The staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. When I told them there was no water they just laugh. There is no wifi in the rooms. Only in the lobby. The lobby is so small that you cannot sit on the sofa and use the WiFi without having to move to allow people to pass. Not to mention that the staff try to have conversations with you. Most of the people in the hotel seem to use it as a permanent residence,cooking in the hallways. Cleaning is not done, even in the common areas. The cable television is unwatchable. Probably one of my worst hotel experiences.

Reviewed By ajayb2804Pathetic rooms. Torn carpet. Dirty bed sheets. Bathrooms were worst than Sulabh shochalayas. Sharma at the reception (supposedly the manager/supervisor) was not at all hospitable and was rude. Ethics for this hotel is In a drain. So bad that we actually Booked last minute and stayed at the hotel opposite after one night , hotel aristrocrat which was still better. The rooms are really bad. Smelly blankets. Windows are broken with cardboard and tape attached. Management behaves as if it is the best in town. Really really bad experience. Saw 2-3 decent comments on trip advisor saying it was economic hence booked, should have done my homework properly. Terrible hotel. Will never recommend. Refer the pics which I am attaching.

Reviewed By Sandeep KI had to stay here for 3 days. At front office, there is no staff, only a bunch of goon like persons who do not understand basic manners. If there is any female with you, everybody in the staff from waiters to owner continuously stare her to the point of making her feel uncomfortable. Their service is simply pathetic, they offer breakfast (paratha or burnt bread with tea) from the unhygienic thelawala on the main road and serve you at 10 times higher price. Toilets are dirty and bedsheets etc unclean. There is a geyser but no electricity backup. when u need hot water most in the morning for a bath there is no power. You can get much better service even at a lodge. This is nothing but a few looters acting as hoteliers.
