Reviewed By Maurizia1973Abbiamo Soggiornato in questa struttura semplice e Assolutamente confortevole , con una vista mozzafiato e alle spalle il vulcano che sbuffa sopra di noi , i tramonti sono incantevoli e la posizione centrale la rende perfetta , tra l’altro nonostante non sia un posto facilissimo da raggiungere , pullula di bambini.A Ginostra c’è un atmosfera unica , una pace difficile da trovare in altri luoghi !!Stupenda.Giovanna vi sarà assolutamente utile per ogni richiesta.

Reviewed By fithensenSoggiornato in una stanza al piano terra; letto scomodo, stanza ammobiliata con materiale raccattato qua e là, bagno spartano, sorta di condizionatore rumoroso ed inefficace, informazioni imprecise e fuorvianti sui servizi dell'isola (specie sull'efficiente e capillare trasporto pubblico locale, per cui siamo stati convinti ad essere recuperati al porto dal proprietario, ovviamente a pagamento), ospite della stanza anche un bel scarafaggio..per concludere: pagamento cash e assenza di fattura

Dangerous property! Avoid at any cost!
Reviewed By 888maksimWe stayed for one night in one of the houses, the property was okay, a bit outdated. We had a serious issue with the house. I went to the bathroom and turned the hot water on, instead of water a scorching steam started to go out of the tap. I looked at the boiler and the temperature was off the scale! Quickly we exited the property and I left the tap on, the room completely filled with steam. We called the property and a guy who was not even in Stromboli but in Milazzo asked us to go inside and swtich it off. This was of course really dangerous so we didn't. After 20 minutes someone came by that time the steam was out. We really avoided serious injury, as the boiler is very close to the bed where we were just relaxing. The boiler was really old and rusty from the outside. The thermostat did not switch off the boiler and also the safety release valve did not activate. We were really lucky that we did not have any injuries.

Reviewed By LauraWinterrThe location is perfect, very near to the habour, and the room is very nice. Unfortunately the wifi wasn't working and even though there is a kitchen in the pictures on their website unfortunately there isn't any.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e la casa impeccabile. This is an absolute must for a vacation on Salina island, in the heart of the oldest part of the town and right above the beach. I can not say enough about what a perfect position this is and how tranquil it is here. The owner is very kind and helpful and keeps the house immaculate.

Reviewed By gabriella mAbbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso il Residence Salina con un gruppo di amici nell'appartamento Mare e Monti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort, spazioso, pulito e con una bellissima terrazza. La posizione è strategica, a due passi dal centro di Malfa che offre supermercati, bar e ristoranti. A pochi minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia dello Scario. Grazie al proprietario Riccardo che è stato super disponibile e ci ha fornito tanti consigli utili per vivere al meglio la nostra vacanza. E grazie a Marisa che ci ha accolto e si è resa sempre disponibile a soddisfare le nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente torneremo presto.

Reviewed By Navigate12077663735Buongiorno a tutti , un po’ scettico per la distanza dal centro ho voluto soggiornare 5 notti , che dire , panorama fantastico il proprietario molto disponibile a darci informazioni su come trascorrere meglio il soggiorno,la sera se non si vuole uscire ci si può godere un fantastico panorama è un po’ di fresco , ci ritornerei sicuramente anche perché dopo una giornata di mare o barca e la dimora perfetta
