We checked-in online via Hilton Honors App so we could chose a room based on our preferences. Staff and Service was amazing all around. Hilton Spa, Gastro, Gym are all TOP. Location-wise one can not really offer much more. The Baltic Sea is approx. 80m away? Dining is amazing day and night. Variety, quality, proportions… Massages are just simply whao in the Spa. Aquapark access especially after 8pm is a unique advantage for the guests as there is hardly anyone. Sauna area is also superb. Gym has complimentary water still, and sparkling. Really nice. Room and Bath were perfectly cleaned and put in order by the precise Cleaning ladies! The interior design is amazingly thoughtfully created. The colors, the lighting, the elements, textures, materials… Gated underground parking. We will be 200% come back regularly!

But what irritated me, was the fact that nobody from the staff has worn a mask properly or no mask at all. Due to Covid it is mandated to were a mask and it is Hilton policy to were mask in the hotel. With this in mind the staff must lead by example.

Very Nice Hotel
Reviewed By Paul FThe hotel has its own car park which is ZL35 per day, but there are also some parking spaces outside the hotel that are free of charge. The hotel Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and could speak English fluently as well as Polish and German. At check in I received a voucher for a free drink in the hotel bar. To me this implied that I could have my choice of free drink, but when visiting the bar it turned out that it was for a shot of free homemade honey liqueur. The hotel room was very clean and must have just been refurbished as everything seemed to be very new. The room TV has the BBC news channel but no other English speaking channels. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, but have a couple of negative things to point out. 1. Hotel check out is at 10.30am, but Reception said we could keep the room until midday. But at about 10.45am the cleaners burst into the room without knocking and I had just got out of the shower. 2. Breakfast finishes at 10am on a Saturday and at 10.01am it seemed like most of the hotel staff decided to join the remaining guests for breakfast. I have not seen this before and did not like it.

Enjoy the friendly atmosphere of our Hotel. All rooms have access to satellite TV and WIFI. Our Hotel is located within the pedestraian shopping area of the center but all the same only a minute walk from the harbour promenade and 15 minutes walk to reach the unique sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Please let us welcome you as a guest to our restaurant. We also offer the use of the sauna, a relaxing massage or even a game of pool billard for amusment.

Reviewed By tmbewertungFront desk staff (e. g. Ruslana) are extremly friendly and helpful. The recently refurbished and beautifully decorated hotel is very clean and well managed. Beds are really comfortable. I have to highlight the breakfast organization and preparation. I was really fascinated by the fluffiness of the nicely arranged breakfast omelette „omlet na słodko“ What are the secrets of making them so fluffy? The kitchen crew must definitely have some! I tried to make them myself at home using different Polish recipes but I failed; they always collapse in the end and taste very dry and stiff. The hotel also offers other freshly prepared breakfast meals such as scrambled or fried eggs, bacon etc. There are only few monitored parking lots.

Reviewed By Frank0870Just crossing the road, then you can walk at Świnoujście famous promenade, where a lot of cafes, restaurants and bars are located. Room is basic, but with a nice view to the Baltic Sea through a little forest. Breakfast is huge, came with even with fresh strawberries. Unfortunately the breakfast room is a bit small, and can became warm and noisy. You also can rent a bicycle and it’s very easy to cycle to the German side of Usedom. Highly recommend, nevertheless!

Glimpses of a bygone era
Reviewed By ZaDeCaSwinoujscie is obviously popular with Polish and German tourists. Many of the old villas have been renovated and the place was buzzing with visitors when I was there. This particular hotel is on the lower end of the scale and it shows in many ways, but the prices are still relatively high due to the demand. My room was small and oddly shaped, which is the result of trying to fit many rooms into an existing structure. It did have a new bathroom added on to it, but the plumber must have been really inexperienced, as the plumbing was strange to say the least. The bed was new and very comfortable, though. The receptionist was very helpful in my case. Her German was good, but she did not speak much English. She allowed me to park my car on a tiny little parking lot adjacent to the hotel where it was in view of their security cameras. The breakfast was ample and well-stocked. A good selection of breads, cereals, cheese and cold meats, boiled and scrambled eggs, jams, yoghurt, etc. was available and constantly refilled. The weirdest part of this experience was when the cleaners walked into my room at 9 am and cleaned my room while I was still in it! They seemed to think nothing of this and were done within about 10 minutes. Apparently this was common in Poland in the past.

Reviewed By AlicjaMHIt's two in one: breathtaking Park Zdrojowy just outside the hotel and the beach a few minutes away. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Free parking. The owners are very friendly. We were kindly surprised by a variety of food and drinks to choose from for breakfast and a bottle of champagne for a New Year's Eve celebration. Lovely decor of the dining room. Hotel provides bicycles to rent. Money and time well spent!
