Castelluzzo is also featured by a great olive tree valley, with which we obtain an award-winning genuine olive oil which is the key of our well known cuisine.

A great find close to Lo Zingaro

The room was spacious and super clean. We had a balcony and were able to hand wash and dry our clothes quickly- a real benefit. Nino provided a delicious breakfast with Sicilian pastries, pane cunzatu, juices, fruit, coffees-- he was a great host. We chose the location to be close to Lo Zingaro but in a less touristy location- and Alba Marina was perfect for us.

Perfect location for a stay in San Vito

Reviewed By Sockster

A well located family run hotel in San Vito lo Capo. This was a very nice place to stay in San Vito. Run by a wonderful family who cares about the details, this place was a half block from the beach and all of the major restaurants in town. While the rooms were a bit small for us, they were very comfortable. Great, comfortable beds, excellent A/C, and plenty of hot water. The breakfast spread was amazing! Outstanding coffee every morning made by the dad. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and definitely would come back when we revisit San Vito. Recommended!

Perfect location; thoughtful owner; clean rooms

Reviewed By JADSAC

We stayed at L'Agave during the International CousCous festival - which just happened to coincide with our visit. The hotel owners are extremely friendly and thoughtful. They wanted to make sure breakfast suited our tastes and made special filled croissants with ricotta and pistachio. They wrapped up breakfast leftovers for us to take for lunch. They were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room we had reserved for my cousin was not easily accessible for her. Despite being full, they moved things around. They had many restaurant recommendations as well. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable, with a lovely outdoor terrace on the third floor where breakfast is served. And the location itself was just far enough from the festival to escape the worst congestion, but a quick walk to the beaches. It was perfect.

Heaven above an Azure Blue sea

Reviewed By sanderva

We booked a Luxury West Sicily trip with stays in 3 country hotels and one B&B in Palermo. Our first stay after a winding road trip from was Baglio La Porta, almost and the end of the road past San Vito lo Capo. After a friendly and efficient welcome, we dove into their truly heavenly pool. No description will suffice, just look at the many pictures available on the Internet. But I must say the pool area had the best comfortable couches ever, No problem falling asleep, in the fall - sun :). The Deluxe Twin room is modern, excellent bed, but somewhat small for those used to sleep big. Quiet and secluded. One can opt for a jacuzzi in the garden. Best of the trip for us were the lounge areas and the restaurant. Ample, very friendly staff, excellent cuisine, a new menu every day, and super wines. Breakfast was plentiful, extras like custom-made juices are added to your bill. The Baglio is a short 10 min drive from the North entrance of the Zingaro National Park. A must for every visitor. No entry without good shoes. Interesting vegetation with the local variety of palm tree, and lots of Euphorbia. Secluded little beaches down to the shore, with a fabulously blue sea. In San Vito Lo Capo, the Baglio has a sister hotel on the beach, handy for valet parking and a place on the sand with an umbrella. Lots of little outside in town restaurants for a lunch. With the Zingaro Park and San Vito, the Baglio merits at least a three nights stay.

Clean and cozy hotel with awesome beach

Reviewed By Sunshine52577879934

We discovered San Vito lo Capo by accident while accommodated in Trapani. We were supposed to stay there for 10 days but after two days we looked around and visited San Vito for the first time. We fell in love with the place and decided to book the rest of 8 nights here. So we asked at some hotels and decided for Egitarso because of its location. We didn’t look at ratings because we were seeing things with our own eyes. If we had looked at the ratings first we would have probably booked something else because you get influenced on other people’s bad intended reviews. So back to our experience. Room: We booked a room without a sea view because heck, we had the sea in front of the hotel and didn’t intend to spend much time in the room. We could also park the car in the garage of the other Egitarso pension, not more than 200 meters from the main hotel. We received a very chic room, with a balcony where we could hang our things to dry. Every day we got our sheets and towels changed, which was really wow given the experiences in tens of hotels we spent time so far. Also received fresh lovely smelling shower gels and soaps every day. The room also had a couch, besides the double bed, so it can also easily accomodate a small family. Air conditioning was a life saviour during the night. Bathroom: The bathroom has a big shower cabin and a bidet. So for the room 5/5 stars. Breakfast: When you are not used to eat sweets for breakfast it’s a bit odd to see such a variety of pastry. As per salty dishes you could choose from a sort of quiche with carrots or ham, prosciutto cotto, some cheese slices and salami and boiled eggs. If you are craving for omelette or fried eggs, you must know these are extra to pay. Restaurant: Good variety, however a bit undecided as the direction of the menu, you can find also hot dogs, also busiate, salads, variety of fish etc. Though the food came fast, the staff is slightly unfriendly, except for one lady in charge for breakfast. Examples: One waiter took my bread after I ate from it and brough it to another table, then when I asked for it, he brought back a busket where there was one slice missing... They are also never smiling or putting in an extra word, which would make your stay more pleasant. When the terrace is full they are all running around and forgetting what you asked or to come back to you. The thing that bothered us the most was that two times we asked to put the extras we had for breakfast on the room because we didn’t have the cash with us and it wasn’t possible, although we had an open bill for the beach and minibar. Anyway, after 6 days we had fried eggs extra and asked to put it on the room, the waiter said nooo must pay now. Said ok, I pay with my phone. I went to the reception to pay and he stood in the door to watch me until I paid two eggs, god forbid we run without paying two eggs... after 6 days and two remaining. Beach: As a guest of the hotel you have paid access at their beach. The unfriendly attitude at the hotel was compensated by the very nice welcome received from Kamel, in charge for keeping the beach in order. We were overwhelmed with good and kind words from him and really made our stay even more pleasant. He is watching over the good running of things, keeping the beach civilized and clean. He is proactive and helps people in need, saw him more than once carrying disabled children or helping with special needs. All of the hotel staff should learn from him how to treat clients. Thank you, Kamel, for your warmth and good words! Although we are speaking different languages, this was the perfect example that not the language you speak counts, but the way you treat your fellow humans. So we would rate maximum for the hotel and beach, but the staff needs some more trainings to receive all of our stars. We will definitely come back.

Great Bed and Breakfast with excellent position

Reviewed By Walter V

The bedroom and the bathroom is very beautiful and very clean. The breakfast is excellent with homemade cakes and sandwiches and local products. Anna e Vincenzo are beautiful and caring people. The B&B is in a good position near beach and near center of San Vito lo Capo, where are shops and restaurants. It is silent for sleep. There are all comfort: conditioned air; little fridge; hairdryer; reserved parking (very important in a city where there are few parking lots ).

The breakfast is very good and they will cook you something else if you ask. The beach space is a real bonus, no paying or hunting for sunbeds. The free parking is also great.

Hotel / Villaggio Cala Mancina

Located on a green hillside just a few meters from the beach and the marina, between trees and flowering shrubs, the Villaggio Cala Mancina overlooks at the beautiful bay of San Vito Lo Capo with its expanse of white sand, offering a panorama of incomparable beauty. The village, with its typical Mediterranean-style architecture, offers the ultimate in comfort with hospitality and services comparable to a four star hotel. The elegance of the finishes and fittings, the refinement of the furnishings, the careful arrangement of green, the intelligent distribution of the common areas, the use of local handcrafts such as wrought iron, terra-cotta tiles, marble, natural stone and brick pavers, give the entire complex a unique personality. Outside, Mediterranean gardens, where you can stroll along the paths of light and vibrant colors. Behind the apartments, almost suspended over the sea, there is a large pinewood belonging to the village, from where you can admire the small town with its white houses and the wonderful bay.

Great location

Reviewed By Resort57342164548

We have stayed in the hotel for almost a week. The location is perfect, a walking distance to the gorgeous beach and walking streets with restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself was very cozy, however we couldn’t get breakfast as the restaurant was in renovation. The pool is nice and was enough for us. Not sure how it is in the summer if there are enough sun chairs. Cleaning could be improve.
