I needed to get a private room to get my hair and makeup done with my mom and sister for my Baby’s christening and they did not hesitate to help me on this. I would love to thank Mario, Carla and Ramon for being so helpful and kind. All the staff were very gentle and friendly with us. The hotel has also a beautiful location. I would definitely be back.

Reviewed By Curious35437315592I was here with my wife, we had a lovely time. During the day we enjoyed the pool area with really nice music and happy people. All people working is really nice and service minded, specially Luciano Brito. We got a lot of support and recommendations about drinks, food from him. At night we went to the restaurant and they had live music that was really good. Next year we will come back with our family. As they also have a lot of activities for children. I can highly recommend this hotel!

The bar had no change for a 100 real note, despite the fact that Brazilian law requires places like the bar to have adequate change available.

Reviewed By thegingrasWonderful clean new hotel with great service. The breakfast is delicious with a large variety of food. The swimming pool is very nice and the hotel grounds are massive and well kept. There are several friendly iguanas crawling around and even a couple of cats.

Really old - beautiful common places
Reviewed By Guada RThis hotel needs to be modernized. The rooms are really old. The first one we got, It had terrible smell (humidity) and the air conditioner was leaking. The chairs had old stain all over it, the frigobar was full of rust and the bathroom really ugly. We had to check 2 other rooms before picking one; although the one we picked was horrible also. The common areas like the pool and the beach are great. Beautiful view, good service for beach umbrellas and recliners and cheerful entertainment staff. Good actitivies for kids and for the whole family. Is 10/15 minutes from the airport so for short stays is good. Is not a 4 star hotel; but if they modernize the rooms and improve the maintenance it could be.

Very old building but kind and welcoming staff
Reviewed By chabu78We arrived tired from our journey but I have to say that the staff has been very considerate toward us and made every arrangement possible for us to have somewhere to say and relax until our room was ready. They even managed to get our room ready earlier. Breakfast was good and with a great variety The building is very old and sometimes seems not cleaned. There is a lot of moisture and the rooms could use some renovation. The mattress and way the bed was done was far below our expectations as well (photo below) We were highly disappointed to find our the sauna was closed. I had bother calling the hotel the day before to ask them before booking. I was assured on the phone that it was working when in fact, it was not.

Reviewed By marlon2022Don’t stay here, I had a reserva from January 1-5, had to leave on the 2nd, the sheets were dirty, the towels were stained, no toilet paper. The staff acts as if they don’t care and are rude. Couldn’t find a taxi to go explore, the tour la they offer never showed up, it’s poor quality. Worst hotel I have ever been in my life, DONT STAY HERE

Honest and caring hotel
Reviewed By celenavotelWe stayed here two different times while we were in Salvador. I have nothing but positive things to say about it- especially the staff. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and excellent and the location is central. The rooms are dark and quiet with comfortable beds . The shower is hot and has good water pressure. Aila at the front desk was so wonderful. She recommended things and helped us book some things in Portuguese that we didn’t understand . We are grateful for her patience , good attitude and wonderful English ! My husband left his wallet in our room and not only was it returned to us, it had all the cash and contents still in it. They are trustworthy with the guests experience in mind. Highly recommended staying here while in Bahia!
