Reviewed By Brandon GWe fully don’t understand how anyone is giving this place a good review. It’s a cheap motel with a nice look - the room walls can hear everything, the masseuse was terrible and then threatened us, and the spa was lukewarm. Horrible experience

Reviewed By 406beatricevReally enjoyed the half day spa package that includes a meal and lounging by the pool. Nicely designed spa area full of relaxing spots, especially the water beds! By the pool, wonderful, attentive service by Ivan who makes sure that everyone is fed and watered. All details are perfect from the calm atmosphere to the delicate music. I recommend having a ride on the rickshaw bikes. Orti di Nora is a beautiful, rural oasis, worth spending time at. PS: they serve the best olives in the world!!

A good family hotel
Reviewed By Elle8104Lovely hotel in spacious grounds. We arrived for a weeks stay having booked through an online agent. I have to say it is definitely on the dear side for the off season! We had 2 rooms with a kitchenette which was spacious and had all you need. For the cost I was surprised that there is no maid service or clean towels! Also disappointed with no “welcome pack” as is typical, a few dishwasher tablets, small washing up sample and a dish cloth would be very welcome. We had breakfast once but it’s not worth the €15 per head for continental that was ok! Better to go to local bakery each day. Pool area is lovely. We are in the restaurant which is better value for money but very limited choice which is tricky with kids. Eating in the town is a better option really. Apartment was clean. Receptionist Veronica was amazing so helpful and friendly a real credit, the younger lady at breakfast could do with a few tips from her as her attitude was less that par!!! Overall a good family spot

Excellent accommodation and really first class quality of service with enough activities/sports for young children to be entertained every day. String covid hygiene including on site medical team but all staff were very helpful and engaging. Restaurants pricey but top rated food. Ideal and whole family keen to return.

Exactly what we were looking for
Reviewed By EmjlivIf you are after a holiday that is relaxing and peaceful in a beautiful location - this is the place to go. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful - especially Francesco on reception. Nothing was too much trouble. The location is ideal for a beach holiday. Private beach is a good size and the ocean is crystal clear. The best coastline we visited whilst in Sardinia. The breakfast was okay - the same everyday but the quality of the food was okay. We did not eat in the restaurant in the evenings - the town of Pula is a 30 minute walk. The walk is well lit and on pavements. Would highly recommend visiting the local restaurants/cafes and shops. Lovely town - feels very safe and friendly. Other facilities include boules, table tennis, tennis court. The gardens are stunning and the resort was very clean. Our room was spotless, and the hotel wiped down all the sunbeds each night - very covid19 aware. NB - we visited in October and it is worth noting that the swim up pool bar was closed. Overall would recommend!!

Amazing stay for couples’ retreat
Reviewed By 859nicol_dMe and my girlfriend spent three nights at Forte Village - Le Dune as a gateway for her birthday. The resort is amazing, has got plently of facilities: Sports venues, bars and restaurants as well as places where to relax such as pools, spas and obviously the beach. The service it’s excellent, the staff is very attentive and ready to respond quickly to any request. We definitely recommend it to families too, as the resort has got a baby club and places where children can have fun. Forte Village really gives you a 360 degree vacation. Will definitely go back!

We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and guidance throughout our stay by Valentina, our guardian angel, who organized everything to perfection, from the reservation of deckchairs to the starred restaurants or even thought of the late check out! As regulars of Forte Village, we again particularly liked the general quality of service this year, which is exceptional for Europe. Special mention to Davide at the Castello pool! The food is always incredible! Breakfast at Le Cavaliere is an experience. We also had the chance to experience the cuisine of two great Michelin star chefs in attendance, Andrea Bertone and Heinz Beck! A huge congratulations ?! Exceptional cuisine in a magical and intimate setting without the formality of their respective restaurants! What a pleasure! Marek, who has been faithful to the tennis position, has not betrayed Forte Village's reputation as one of the ten best hotels in the world for the practice of this sport. The courts and support are exceptional! What a wonderful setting to play tennis! Again, a huge thank you to Valentina from the swimming team who helped our 5 year old daughter to get the hang of it... and to Francesca the babysitter! A very nice relationship! Long live Pistillo and the baby-dance. Last but not least, thanks to Valeria Garau for her patience and flexibility in organizing our stay and to Mara Mercuri who has always been present and available for all these years! Without a doubt, in these troubled times with the coronavirus, Forte Village is one of the most beautiful options for a vacation in the Mediterranean! Reviewed By lennaertv2017Although my partner and I only stayed here for 1 night we can say we will never visit this place again. At checkin the receptionist asked us to fill out all requested documents and so we did. After that we received our key and that was it. No explanation about facilities or anything at all. Nothing about the restaurant or breakfast where and untill what time you can go for breakfast. After checkin we decided to go to the pool and its bar to have lunch. Well that was the biggest mistake we made that day. This is where allll trouble started. Staff ignoring us and taking wrong orders because of not listening. It took 1 hour. Yes 1 hour to make 2 salads. We can make our own salad in over 10 minutes. After 1 hour we got the wrong salad served and one of the waitresses put a salad on our table and told us not to eat and wait. Really? Then after 20 minutes my salad was taken away because it was the wrong one. Well a few minutes later finally our correct salads arrived. 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Bravo Bravo Bravo! The staff told about a mistake in the kitchen or something like that. Fine but the damage was already done. This place is calling itself a resort. The staff was not clearing any tables for a long time so wasps came around to have a party. Other guests started to complain because of waiting long time to get served. Our expierence in the restaurant was a complete joke. We we're glad we stayed only for one night as we did not wanted to stay any longer at all. Staff that is not caring and are not happy to go to work. That is what we experienced and will defo make us never come back here. In a resort plenty of staff should always be around and willing to assist and help where needed. We got ignored and at the check in desk it was exactly the same thing. I have visited plenty of resorts all over the world and sadly this one was the first one where it was horrible. To sum it up: Bad communication. Staff not caring. Staff walking around with long faces. No info given at checkin. Even the average hostel does a better job. I rest my case.......
