Had higher expectations
Reviewed By andreslargThe hotel was actually not bad but we had higher expectations for a Hilton. There was many people waiting to check in when we arrived and only one person at the front desk, we had to wait for some minutes. The elevators were not clean and looked old. Once at the room it looked fine at first but the realized the sheets were stained and had hair on it, also the bathroom was not very clean. Finally, at the restaurant the service was too slow and every time we picket a dessert the waitress came back to apologize because there was not any left.

We arrived here quite tired after a long bus ride, only to find no record of Our Confirmed Reservation. The manner in which this was resolved proves the depth and span of the professional staff working here and it is due in no small part for my awarding them these Stars. The Management showed their concern even further when we were permitted to retain our room to accommodate our 20:30 Bus departure to Mendoza.Kudos to Garden Park Hotel, and hope to avail of your services again

Finally, at the restaurant the service was too slow and every time we picket a dessert the waitress came back to apologize because there was not any left.

Reviewed By Fred CI confess I would expect more. The first room that we received had smoke smell. I was moved to another one which was bigger. It is noticeable that rooms need maintenance. To get a second card key for my wife was difficult. I end up getting it on the next day. However the staff was very helpful and friendly. This made our stay pleasant. The parking lot is about 100m from the hotel and it is fine. Breakfast is simple but OK. The location is excellent.It is an inexpensive Hotel and maybe for the price we should not complain too much.

Reviewed By kesit0You have all important locations closeby and if you don't want to leave for dinner, you have a very good restaurant on the first floor. Very good breakfast, shower and beds. Bedrooms with view on the park have lots of noise from the street at night and hotel must improve quality towels and find a safer way to hang up the hair dryer. Noise isolation needed

I suggest TCH works in an effective noise isolating solution for those rooms facing the main street. The noise from outside is unbearable. Also, a big room for improvement in the internet department. It was impossible to use work VPN and navigation through very basic pages was a struggle. I noted these two aspects in the customer survey form I found in the room.

Great central location and quiet

Room on first floor was clean and a good size, aircon worked well but was noisy, bath had some mould around the edges (unsurprising in hot, humid January). Big buffet breakfast. Helpful reception staff gave us early checkin, hence first floor, also booked car/driver through a local agency for our day trip to Tafi del Valle high up in the hills (pretty town for hikers, horseback trekking). Short taxi ride from bus terminal. Would stay here again for location, price.

Option to order a specific pillow! AC very good as wasn’t noisy. Some road noise as at front of hotel. Breakfast was ok. Not the best but adequate. Cornflakes, bread, pastries, biscuits, juice. Coffee not great. No hot option of eggs. Staff very friendly on reception.
