Reviewed By asya_stefi was with smartbox, booked on march for june, 2 nights only for 194 euros + 80 for the kid and I get a room with back of an restaurant seeing from the room and smelly trash bins.The room not renovated, all.old and broken ad nothing to compare with booking.com pics.I got angry and they have changed it.

Reviewed By Go24025985320The hotel is located directly at the beach. It has a private beach part. The beach is clean and the part that belonged to the hotel was very private. Me and my wife enjoyed the stay there. Pool area is very big. Cesenatico itself was a bit dissapointing but if you just enjoy the hotel you will have a nice time. Probably better than the Grand hotel rimmini. We can recommend the restaurant infront of the hotel with awaome views over the ocean!

Reviewed By barbrolippoldI had a very comfortable room with access to the pool on top of the hotel.The choise of 3 restaurants was extremely good and I had wonderful food in all of them,I went twice to the Paolo Teverini and with help from the head waiter got lovely wine every time,especially the Prunotto and the cremant from Loire. Everyone from Signora Teverini to the young people at the reception took good care of me.I came to Bagno di Romagna to learn italian and was succesful and now I have a town full of friends.Grazie

Staff is very, very friendly and they make you feel special. You need a special food for your kids? No problem. Kids are running all around? No problem. The nice thing is that their kindness is contagious so all clients are kind as well. Food is also very special. The quality is at restaurant levels, fish and meat. Only the rooms might be better. But the value for money is worth it. Definitely I'll come back.

Reviewed By knuts936We enjoyed our stay very much and had one of the most relaxing holidays ever. The service was perfect, the kitchen did a great job and bar, pool etc. were very good. The distance to the sea was extremely short and the places at the beach included.

Our package included full board and some treatments like entry in Thermal Grotto,external and internal thermal pool, Erbarium (bio sauna) Place is relatively small and during Easter it was fully booked, so you need to book entry time in Grotto or sauna. You can pay extra for treatments like mud therapy or massages. Water spring has beneficial properties, contains sulfur, bicarbonate, sodium, potassium, calcium, magnesium, fluorine, lithium, manganese, iron, ammonium - useful for stomach and colon disorders, kidney, helps prevent diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, osteoporosis an lot more. Generally we do not like eating in hotel and we prefer to taste local cusine in local tratoria, but we stayed in and food was good and plentiful especially Easter lunch. Rooms are good size not luxury but clean and comfortable - bathrobe and slippers are not in room but you can get on reception, you also need a cap to go in pool. Staff was very friendly and helpfull, I do not remember name of all, just to mention Julia and Ivana. Restaurant Staff was also very attentive.

Cons: too short stay (only 7 days) and long distance (1100 km) It was an amazing holiday !!! ....... Grazie mille!!!
