There have been a few changes this year with new furniture around the pool area, much improved, but the work that Mr. Nikos has put into the gardens is the highlight. So much produce is being grown all around the hotel now, it's a real pleasure to see it. There have been a couple of changes in staff this year and Sofia doing some of the daytime shifts has helped both her and Jannis to make a positive change to their own lives away from the hotel... and that makes them both happier for it. Chris in the bar is doing well and Lina? As sweet as her fabulous desserts! In the past, I have questioned how you can improve on perfection... but this year, with a few tweaks and small changes, that's exactly what they have done!

Great Hotel but not the best location
Reviewed By Am_al_ms_90The majority about what this hotel is great. It's clean, the staff are friendly, it has a private beach and it does a great job at making their customers feel relaxed. I have to give two shoutouts to Babis and Yoto (apologies if their names aren't spelt correctly), they answered all questions we had and were always very welcoming and friendly. There are two criticisms of the hotel: - I should start by saying this is a minor critique: the food itself is fine, it's not bad in the slightest but it didn't wow me. Also, as someone lactose intollerant they didn't have any milk alternatives for coffee. - The location. This one is a criticism to us but absolutely depends on what you want from a holiday. We went with a travel agent who recommended the hotel but it was a 20 minute drive from Fera and longer to other prime spots. If you want to be close to what Santorini is known for then this hotel might not be for you. Despite the criticisms it definitely didn't take away what the hotel had to offer. We felt thoroughly relaxed.

Reviewed By darcydiddleWhat a fantastic place, small, quiet and relaxing. The staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful. Apartment rooms are clean and modern. Pool area and bar are very nice. Its literally a 5 minute walk from the beach and lots and lots of restaurants. We were sad to leave and cant wait to return one day.

Reviewed By Phil1wooksExcellent hotel, well equipped, friendly staff, superb location. Next to beach, bars and tavernas. Rooms clean and beautiful balcony, shaded with bougainvillea trees. Breakfast varied and good quality. Bar which serves lunch, very good. Well worth and visit.

Beach restaurant at its best
Reviewed By Sandraw7We walked along the Kamari strip and found this beautiful restaurant on the beach serving authentic Greek food. It has a great menu and something for everyone and great prices. The colleagues couldn't be more helpful even the manager made his way to every table and spoke to his customers. Fabulous throughout. Highly recommend.

The beach area was clean with towels and large comfortable beds and waiter service providing drinks and food. The pool area is exceptionally well designed with views to the mountain, soft music and excellent bar. .

Reviewed By John SThe rooms are designed for their look rather than practicality, hanging space with no doors, no bedside tables or room for any, bedding very worn. The pool is far too small, the property is surrounded by small holdings with perpetually barking dogs, that thankfully stopped at night but started early morning, coupled with being close to a road. Sorry won’t be coming back

Reviewed By Shirl_04Super Cosy hotel with amazing breakfast and host, George is the best! The entire staff, especially the cleaning lady are simply amazing. Walking distance from the beach, around the corner there is a mini market. We booked a quad for several days, booked the Catamaran tour, pick up service from and to the airport was done easily, all perfectly arranged. We definitely can recommend this hotel!

Next to the bar, our restaurant offers daily a big variety of dishes during the day and a beautiful atmosphere for all type of events. Our complex is located in a privileged area, within walking distance from the beach of Perivolos, the bus and taxi station, the supermarket and other restaurants and bars
The worst place of all our stay on the island, dirty and old
Reviewed By Axelle DThis hotel might have been nice, but that was a long time ago. Now it is dirty and feels derelict, the bar by the pool is abandonned and if you look behind the counter, it's full of discarded furniture. The pool wa dirty and mouldy all around the edges, the pool chairs were disgusting, with old stained mattresses. We paid a lot of money for a so-called jacuzzi suite with a kitchen. The kitchen consisted of 2 electric rings dating back from the 80s that literally took half an hour to boil a cup of water, a sink with non drinkable salt water, a small fridge and no pots and pans. The room was huge and ugly, with an old wooden bed, the bathroom was outdated too, but the worst part was the terrace, where the jacuzzi leaked and formed mold and puddles. The jacuzzi was also from the 80s, it looked like an old and disgusting bathtub, with sand at the bottom and lukewarm water. No bubbles, the mechanism was broken. Luckily, the website we used to book this dreadful place was able to put us in another room in a nice hotel nearby. The manager was a nice guy, but there's only so much you can do with a crumbling place. We were fooled by the positive comments, but when I went back to read them, I realized they were all at least 2 years old.
