Reviewed By drgazikirmaniNot a good choice as it seems to be . Pros - The food is good . Nice ambience . Only the Golden luxury rooms are worth staying . Cons - The swimming pool is PATHETIC . You can find dust dirt cockroaches insects leaves and everything in the pool . In repeated requests not even the filter of the pool was put on nor was the pool cleaned . The linen of rooms is very dirty . It seems it isn’t washed or cleaned . The overall maintenance was not at all up to the mark intact below mark . It’s dirty and the staff is very lethargic and very very slow to respond . The staff seems DISINTERESTED AND THE MANAGERS are not at all welcoming or warm . The restaurant supervisor doesn’t even talk to you properly . You will be accompanied by flies during your breakfast lunch dinner so don’t worry if you staying alone . Overall - Not such a great place to stay .

Lifeless breakfast, better to enjoy your breakfast outside in a local restaurant. Lounge bar is the only good place in this property. Good taste of food and good service at this place.

Reviewed By mukul22Considering the tariff, I paid for the stay, I would highly recommend the hotel. The staff is very courteous, excellent service from them. Location is also good, very easy to find and I got car parking as well. Food was very tasty & very rightly priced. I have all the praises for them. I opted for MAP plan and they offered us everything we could ask for! Excellent!

Reviewed By sumeetarora1975Title says it all. Stayed for 2 nights but had to return to Mumbai one night earlier than planned due to the war like situation in Pathankot. The owner was kind enough to refund 50% of my one night tariff. Rooms are ok, breakfast not that great at all

Luxury room Rs.2000+ fare after discount they gave us and it 1/10. Dirty Tea kettle..no tea bags .. dirty cups . No dustbin in room or washroom. Broken switches with a risk of getting shocks. No towels. Washroom exhaust fan not functioning properly. Congested rooms There are much much better hotels around . We need to call again and again for everything. Just 1 out 5 for the club sandwich which was good.

Reviewed By manicool2000Pathankot has limited hotels and it is one of them, situated right in the main market. One of the good hotels in earlier times, Hotel should have improved with time. Rooms are old, not well kept although pics may look ok. Food is ok but service is also so so. Pathankot deserves better than this.

It is at a walking distance from bus stand and railway station so is ideal for people seeking one night stay in between transit. Food From Vatika restaurant downstairs is tasty. Owner Mr Puri was very nice and welcoming.
