Simply great / semplicemente FAVOLOSO

We have spent 4 nights here which I booked based on the reviews read on TripAdvisor. It‘s absolutely WORTH it. All employees are very friendly, helpful and welcome you with a smile. We arrived around 3 pm and they even made us a small lunch upon request. The rooms are cozy and quite big (bigger than what I expected) and clean to perfection. Also important these days obviously is Covid and its measures. This hotel is super careful which I was very thankful for. All guests are reminded to put masks on when walking around in public facilities. They‘re a role model which I have not seen elsewhere. Grazie mille, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Immaculate!

We stayed here for 3 nights and honestly everything was just perfect! The architecture is immaculate, everything is spotless and super clean. The location is fantastic it is only about an 8 minute walk to the bars, restaurants and marina area where there is SO much choice on where to eat. We also hired a car and we were about an hours drive from most things. The spa was one of the best I have been to - lots of different areas and very chilled. The massage was lovely too. A lot of reviews saying the staff are not friendly I completely disagree! They were all polite and helpful if we needed anything. Breakfast was mainly pastries, meats and cheeses but was delicious! You cannot serve yourself due to Covid although that wasn’t a problem. The room has everything you needed however I would have liked a pool view not a brick wall! and the bed & pillows are hard - new mattresses are needed. Sound is an issue too you can hear other guests flushing the toilet or in the shower early in the morning. This is my reason for not giving it 5 stars! I would definitely stay here again!

I hand picked this place for a quiet perfect escape. When I arrived and had been there a day Tenuta Centrporte far exceeded my expectations. The estate is immaculate, spotlessly clean. I had a suite and it was just perfect. The pool area is incredible and the gardens fantastic. The breakfast oh the breakfast, loved it. The cakes and pastries, be still my beating heart. Fantastic location to discover Pulgia. Stunning beaches and if you can be bothered to dig out the little tucked away restaurants you will be in for a treat. But the big difference was the staff. Wow their willingness to help and make sure that everything was just right. So friendly, so kind, so humble. Thank you all for an absolutely wonderful stay. ? I visited in the “Off” season so there was no traffic but the temperature was an perfect average of 30o. Loved it ?

Best hotel we stayed in Puglia and Basilicata

We didn't have high expectations of the hotel because a company booked it for us and we didn't know anything about Otranto. We were so wrong. The staff were absolutely fantastic, polite, helpful, efficient and going out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Gian - Luigi who works nights was so so helpful and I will always be sorry that I was so focused on getting to the airport that we didn't leave a tip. The breakfast was excellent and very fresh. Drinks were available during the day but unfortunately no food which is only available in the high season. The outside space is great and on three levels. Our ground floor room was very good and very tastefully decorated as was the rest of the hotel, only gripe was that the mattress protector had a rough surface which we could feel through the sheet. We would advise that it was changed. It was a short walk into town and hardly a hill as some people have indicated. The garage parking is a minutes walk away. To round up you won't go wrong by staying at this hotel.

We visited here after a week of sightseeing down the Adriatic coast so wanted somewhere quiet with a pool to relax. Hotel Club Koine did not disappoint!!! Being Irish our favourite part of the holiday day is bar time & the small pool bar was our favourite wee spot come 3pm not only to cool off with a drink but also to get to see our favourite bartenders Ricardo & Valeria. The service they provided was excellent & they made us feel so welcome particularly because there were very few other English speaking guests. They went out of their way every day to ensure we had the best holiday! The Animation Team were also fantastic! Primarily focused for kids so if you are a family this is definitely suited to your needs. The team work throughout the day to keep the kids entertained, never seen it done so well! Thank you Ricardo, Valeria & all the team for making the end of our Italian road trip so amazing!!! Xxx Marcella & Stephen

We arrived in Otranto on May Day and it was rammed as everyone was out celebrating. The hotel however was a haven. Set about 5 minutes walk from the Castle and the centro storico, the owner's passion for all things nautical is on display everywhere. It is all very tastefully done and the hotel has numerous courtyards and spaces to relax in. Our room was at the back of the hotel with its own little patio and was quiet and well equipped. We had dinner on the May Day evening and it was really very good value with very efficient and friendly service.

I loved my stay here, I let the hotel know I was staying as a celebration of my boyfriend's 30th and they upgraded our room. The location was great, right in the old town and so close to the beach. I can't praise the staff enough, they were so friendly, met us at our taxi drop off (since cars can't park outside the hotel) and helped plan us a trip to a nearby vineyard. The breakfast was great and I will definitely be recommending to any friends and family who want to visit the area.
