Reviewed By PaulinaCardiffI've booked a room in that hotel for my mum on Thursday for her Saturday night flight to Modlin Airport.I phoned to the hotel and they've told me booking is complete,reception desk open 24hours..My mum arrived around 2 am ,1,5 hour late(due Ryanair disruption in Bristol airport) to find out,her room was cancelled!!!!65 yo woman left alone on the street in a middle of the night.Its an absolutely joke and lack of customer service!!! Thanks God Ukrainian lady from reception let my mom stay in a hallway till the morning. I don't recommend that place,absolutely joke how they treat clients !!!

A gem of a place
Reviewed By jimmy bI rang this hotel after a disaster of a booking at a nearby hotel. The young lady organised a taxi to collect us. This hotel is super helpful and friendly. Very comfortable and clean. Room was great, we got a decent sleep and the young lady got us transport to the airport at 4am. I would stay here again for sure.

Reviewed By Y5769KDrichardgThe staff were rude, unhelpful and I couldn't wait to get out of the place. I asked for the wine list and chose a decent mid-priced red wine from their extensive wine list. After a lengthy wait, I was told by the waitress that they didn't have that bottle of wine. In fact, they only had one type of red wine, and it wasn't on the wine list. I asked how much it cost, and they (I'd called the manager by this time) didn't know and said they would have to call the supervisor. The waitress then brought another bottle of wine that she had found. This was a warm bottle of rose. I decided to give up with wine and have a beer instead. To be fair, the dinner was edible. Having been advised by the extremely rude and unhelpful manager that there was a 24 hour alcohol shop around 200m away, I decided to walk there and buy a small bottle of wine. I opened to front door to leave to discover that it was raining heavily and asked the manager if I could borrow an umbrella. His reply: "no". Do not ever, ever make the mistake of booking this hotel. I now wish that I had slept on a bench at Modlin airport instead!

Reviewed By mabinhoArriving late into nearby Modlin airport after a long flight, I was glad to have reserved a convenient place (25 Zloty in a cab from the airport). Arriving after 11pm - there were no facilities (especially for food or drink), either in the hotel or nearby - it's a residential area). The next morning, I was bale to walk relatively easily to Modlin station.

Good Polish food at the restaurant for dinner, and extremely reasonable. Ok breakfast. An excellent price for what we got. A great stopover for us before going to Warsaw !

We came late at night after a long flight and all we needed was a good sleep and we got it ! The lady at the reception was helpful and friendly,she was waiting for us,we didn't even have to knock on the door ! WiFi signal was excellent !

Bed bugs, outdated mattresses and no hot water
Reviewed By NOchemtrailsThe room Nº 121 had a leaking shower hose, poor beds and torn sheets with holes, no air conditioning, and multiple bed bugs that bit me all over my body from head to toes. The reception clerk said it was a TRAGEDY for them, but only offered to change the room for us with no other discounts refunds or even a free breakfast for this horrible experience. The bedding covers, pillows and sheets in both rooms (Nº 121 and Nº 102) had holes in it, toilet was leaking at the bottom, shower was leaking, no hot water in room Nº 102 (to which we were moved at night to be away from hundreds of biting bugs). Beds and their frames were of a horrible quality and weakly made with squeaky noise and short and narrow bed frames. Additionally to the €46 in cash that we paid to the reception (instead of the advertised €38) of the MODLIN PALACE. I am now in pain from the hundreds of large bug bites from my head to my toes.
