Reviewed By jkaramalakovLast time i was there was in July 2019. Nothing to compare with in KZ, neither in entire Central Asia. Yes it is too remote, 3+ hrs drive from the capital, but the environments are beautiful. Prices were within expectations for KZ top hotels. It is a must see for anyone who stays in Nur Sultan for longer than one week.

Reviewed By GsoonlyThis is a good place to stay in Petropavlovsk, it’s quiet and cozy, and it is situated right in the center of the city. The service in the hotel is good enough, the breakfast is also good. There is no elevator in the hotel: so if you do not consider sports as your daily activity, better to stay at the first floor (when grand floor is the reception), The hotel has its parking slot and quite big territory, or thou it’s not really clear why, The rooms are ok, but from so announced one of the best hotels in the city it definitely can be better, As for the minibar: it also would be good for some thinking: it’s just the spirits and sweet water can be found, when some healthy choices would be for sure appreciated, Overall it’s a nice place to stay, but for the price it should have elevator and much better rooms on my view Just to add: as in our days it’s quite common to leave some Electonics on the charge, as well as keep heaters going when it’s -35 outside, it’s good that these guys keep electricity running by using a hotel card for that: it’s truly appreciated

Tabiti restaurant is located inside the hotel and offers an international menu but I loved their local teas that are made of fresh oranges, lemons and raspberries - definitely must try in the city! Reviewed By Вадим БНа протяжении 3-х лет, периодически останавливались на несколько часов во время ожидания пересадки на поезд. 17.06.2019г. в очередной раз запланировали остановиться, по приезду на ЖД вокзал позвонили администратору и уточнили цену. В телефонном разговоре, администратор Ирина сообщила, что за 2-х взрослых + 2-х детей 10 и 15 лет + 1 ребенок возрастом 1 год мы должны будем заплатить за 12 часов пребывания 6 500 тг., что нас и устроило. По приходу в гостиницу с детьми и большим количеством чемоданов оказалось, что администратор совсем забыла сказать, что заплатить мы должны не 6 500 тг., а 13 500 тг. и причем слов извинений за данный "нюанс" мы так и не услышали. Пришлось остановиться за данную цену. Через 2 недели были снова в Петропавловске, но нашли гораздо лучшее и адекватнее в плане цены вариант. Более в данной гостинице останавливаться НЕ БУДЕМ. Также, в номере было не совсем чисто!
