Great atmosphere, friendly attentive staff

Great location, friendly staff. Stayed at the verb for a concert this week and the atmosphere was eclectic. They had a great pre-party featuring dis from a local radio station to really get you in the mood. The restaurant Hojoku attached to the hotel had great food and drink as well.

Go see Cassie at the bar! She rocks! Besides the Godfrey having the best little bar in the lobby, I was really impressed by the hotel in a whole. Affordable rooms that are clean & comfy. Beautiful architecture throughout the whole hotel. Such a hidden gem. Amazing sushi spot and convenient coffee shop right attached to hotel.

Treated us like royalty in every way imaginable and will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area. Best views of Boston in a easily accessible location

Amazing stay in Boston!

This was my second trip to Boston and stayed the hotel for 3 nights. Overall the staff I met there were very nice and professional, especially a front staff, Toni was!! Even I asked her to get in/out my luggage several times before the check in time but she never tired of me and smiled to help me out! She also even called me when my room was available!! My stay in Boston became so memorable because of her!!

Beautiful place

Reviewed By HMM1

Great hotel in a beautiful place. Very well managed. Very clean. Rooms and beds are comfortable. Lots of beautiful hikes and walks nearby. Good restaurant on site. My only complaint is that if it rains there is not much to do: the pool is too small for swimming and a ping pong table would be nice as well as a hot tub outside.

Hyatt Place Boston/Seaport District

Great hotel, great people and great value

Reviewed By sparshstravels

Great location, fantastic views of the Boston harbor and excellent service. Arrived after a long overnight flight from San Francisco at 8:30am. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodated an early check-in. Huge thanks to Kobi for her positive attitude - these small things go a long way in making guests feel welcome. I got my room at 9am and was upgraded to a premium harbor view room as a Hyatt Discoverist. The room is modern with a contemporary layout, beds are comfortable, a tad bit small but large by Boston standards. Excellent view of the harbor and the airport. Been fun to look at planes taking off from Logan airport. Good breakfast in the hotel, had a number of vegetarian options as well. The lounge area is really nice - lots of place to sit and do work, meet people or just enjoy the view. On the constructive side, the hotel could do away with one time use plastic water bottles and replace them with reusable bottles like in many other Hyatt properties. The shower pressure is also a tad bit on the weaker side, but didn’t really bother me much. Overall great property. Would definitely stay here again.

Small but Mighty!!!

My wife and I stayed in one of the Queen rooms with a bath in room. The room itself was quite compact, but so smartly laid out, it didn't really matter. Everything was very clean and the fact that the bed is up on a platform, really improved the sleeping experience. No saggy mattress and we both slept great! For being so centrally located, the room was also very quiet. We stayed over a weekend and were only 1 flight up from the lobby. So we should have been able to hear street noise from outside or sounds from the bar in the lobby . . . but we didn't! Excellent sound proofing and blackout shades in the room provides a great, restful sleep! The location can't be beat! An easy walk from Back Bay station and to a bunch of Cafes and Restaurants in the Back Bay made this a super easy and convenient spot. Next time I have to travel to Boston, this hotel is going to be the first one I check for reservations!

Great Place near Brimfield

After a long day at the flea market this is a great place to relax. Very clean, the beds are comfortable. It would be much better if the bar/restaurant was open during the week. In the past we would grab a burger and a beer and crash in our room. It is only open on Friday and Saturday-very disappointing.
