Reviewed By RodicutVery nice rooms, big and clean with nice and new furniture. The owners are very kind persons; the hotel is located at 10 min far from beach; the area is still in development so, there are not many restaurants or other places to spend time, except on the beach.

Nice apartment
Reviewed By 452liviac5 min walk to the beach, clean and modern one bedroom apartment, new appliances in the kitchen. Double bed and extendable sofa in the living room. Cons: AC only in the living room-not enough for both rooms. Some hangers and a mirror in the hallway and shelves in the bathroom would have been very useful. The area has a lot of buildings under construction, so expect a lot of dust and bumpy roads. Not very many options to have a decent meal at a resonable price in the nearby.

Last minute finding
Reviewed By anca_madaWe decided last minute to visit Mamaia for the weekend and found this Villa on booking. The room was clean and the staff was nice and friendly. The room has AC and a fridge, clean bedding. It’s a 5 minutes’ walk to the beach. Quite expensive for what it offers and how it looks like however by means of comparison with other places in Mamaia, it a good quality/price report.

Reviewed By Diana PWe came for a 2 days holiday. When we arrived we had the bad surprise to know that it was a misunderstanting with our reservation and we had to find another place to stay. In this way we found this location - new construction, very clean and with very nice stuff.

Nagyon jo az elhelyezese, sem a fouttol , sem a tengerparttol nincs tavol. konnyen megkaptuk erkezeskor es a partig gyerkoccel, babkocsival es jatekokkal 4-5 perc volt a seta. A legfontosabb hogy nyugodt hely , nem zavart senki es semmi annak ellenere hogy Mamaia Nord meg epuloben van. Tiszta es szep szobak erkellyel, van ahol elkesziteni az ennivalot (mivel nincsa szallason vendeglo), grillezo lehetoseg, tagas udvar, gyermekeknek jatszoter, kosarlabdapalank, minifoci kapu stb. koszonunk mindent

Reviewed By 120RoxanaNice looking building and courtyard. Very clean, very large spaces (room, bathroom, balcony). The lady from the reception kind and helpful. There is a dinning room at the ground floor and equipment to help yourself. Easy to reach from Mamaia. The beach is nearby (400 m).

Good villa close to the beach
Reviewed By Brunhilda7PROs: The rooms are clean and big, the staff is hospitable and the beach is a 5-minute walk away from the villa. If you have children, there is a playground in front of the villa. There is a restaurant close by, as well as 2 self-service restaurants 2 blocks away. They allowed us to check out late on a Sunday (before 2 pm). The nearby beach is wide, clean and quiet. The sea is shallow, so it's perfect for families with children. Out room had a huge balcony. They have a parking lot right next to the villa. CONs: The sewage doesn't work properly. They didn't provide any toiletries. The reception staff is not present at all times. I believe that the owners are also in charge of the reception. The road going to the beach is quite bad. There were quite a lot of stray dogs roaming around, but they were peaceful.
