We had such a good time there. The view from the pool is quite stunning. The room and shower was so clean and so refreshing. The breakfast that comes with the room is simply superb. My first experience of a hotel in Greece was limited to a stay for my husband and I first ever holiday together 35 years ago. Our expectations were far surpassed by the peacefulness and exceptional customer service this hotel offers. Although the hotel boast many rooms, it never feels like that. The staff are so attentive and strive to ensure you have the best possible experience during your stay. And never feels over crowded, due to the majority of travellers island hoping, like ourselves. It was our 25th wedding anniversary when we were here, and the hotel made it such a nice experience for us checking in. We travelled to Mykonos and Delos (highly recommended) on a day trip and were a little exhausted as it had been so hot, so we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant on the evening rather than walking into town. (10-15minutes)The meal was the best we’d had in our time in Greece, and was such a gorgeous setting around the pool. We didn’t eat breakfast I’m the hotel every day, and I loved that flexibility that we could pay for some days and not every day, so we weren’t committed to that routine and again, you cannot fault the selection and flavours on offer to start your day, right up until 11am too. I would hand on heart recommend this hotel to anyone-it’s amazing, it really is. A special mention to the reception staff who are so so helpful, with their local knowledge and ‘nothing is a problem’ attitude-love it x Thank you for making our trip such a special one.

They are such a lovely group of people who will go out of their way to make your stay the best possible and treat you like family. Anything you need help with, they are there to offer! I was travelling solo, so it was so nice to make time to chat with the team each day before I headed out. The breakfast was also amazing - homemade pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, yogurt, pancakes etc. Lovely sea views from the spotless and beautiful rooms too, what more could you want?! Don’t stay anywhere else in the area, just stay here! Thank you to you all, I miss you already! :-)

Reviewed By Marinaki8965as a repeater guest and student of business administration , this is an example #how to destroy a successful business #. we choose this hotel because of the quality used to offer, the excellent organization, the amazing and friendly service,instead of that we shocked as nothing was the same anymore. a bad feeling in the atmosphere from the beginning, a resort looked abandoned,,a pool with no water ,dirty rooms some guests found even hair and pieces of bread on their beds. we never had cleaning service ,breakfast with no quality at all ,this hotel lucks of inspiration and feeling. actually we paid double amount of money in comparison with all the other hotels in naoussa...for what????still feel very angry ,I could not open and close the shutters they are broken, no lighting during the night that was very dangerous as you could fell I to the empty pool...nightmare

Great hotel and service
Reviewed By AnonomStayed at Mr and Mrs White for 7 nights at the end of May. We were a family of four staying in two adjacent rooms. Rooms were great, very spacious with comfy beds, light and airy with huge patio balconies, plus a fridge. Bathroom was a little dated. The hotel itself was beautiful, lovely well kept gardens. Two pools, the deeper one a bit of a health hazard with an invisible step, that my husband cracked his shin on, and my sun bashed his head on. But both pools were clean, surrounding pool area was well looked after with plenty of towels and shade. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed during our stay, as the hotel was not busy enough. Only serving breakfast. Breakfast was good, bread, cake, fruit yoghurt etc, plus eggs cooked to your liking if you wanted. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a 3 legged cat that like to join you and is partial to a bit of ham. The staff were really helpful and polite, and would go out of their way to help you. The hotel is a good 15 minute walk into Naoussa town. There are a few supermarkets a few mins walk away, plus a bakery. The beach is a 2 min walk, or you can get a bus. Naoussa gets very busy and is quite expensive to eat, especially around the harbour, which is lovely. Worth taking a trip to Anti Paros for the day, smaller, quainter and cheaper. Overall a great hotel and I would return

Staff were the nicest I have ever come across. Oh and use the spa it’s terrific. We will return. It felt like home from home. Oh I forgot to mention the most amazing bed. So many places don’t pay enough attention to this. I could go on forever……

An unforgettable solo visit!
Reviewed By mattnaughWow, where to start. I visited Paros after a recommendation from a friend and business partner who loves the island. The beauty of the island speaks for itself and as this is a review only for the hotel I will just mention the location in relation to the island. It is a short walk to the town and square where it is lively and scenic, around 8 minutes walking each way gets you into a central location with bustling and hidden shops and restaurants. If you have a hire car local sites are all within 10-15 minutes and even a trip to AntiParos is only a short drive to the ferry, and over you go. Bus links are also great so I am told by those using these to get around the island. The staff are impeccable and exactly what you’d expect when visiting such a gorgeous area of the world and lovely Greek island such as Paros. They could not do enough for me and I felt a part of their family! The two Paradeisos’ (hopefully I spelt correct, one bar man and one on front of house) deserve a shout out for their daily hard work and constant hospitality. Nancy on the front desk also is a credit to this hotel and again could not be more helpful and she is also bilingual, it helps to have such talented and intelligent staff for the range of guest that pass through. The room was comfortable and spacious with a sleek modern but charming traditional design. I had a balcony overlooking the pool and a smart TV that was very good for connection Netflix and my phone too when I was resting for an hour or so in the day. The cleaners were excellent and managed to make my room feel brand new daily. Pool was kept clean by the team often and on my final day I had a lunch at the bar that was surprisingly excellent, as I thought it may not of matched the places down town but it did and more! There’s free parking on site too, this was useful for my hire car. Overall to finish my review I want to say a huge thank you to the staff, every one of them! For being so amazing and also fellow guests for giving Zefi a wonderful homely feel. It was part of what made Paros such an amazing experience for me and I am very glad I chose to stay at Zefi. I’ll be back!
