Clean and efficient
Reviewed By Joe_VampireThis is part of the chain that I think has 3 hotels in town. The others are R hotel which situates on the same ground here, and the River hotel by the riverfront. This R-photo is, like others, clean, white, and has boutique-y feeling. The materials are on the cheap side. So it is affordable. The bed is very comfortable. Wifi works well even though have to re-connect once in awhile. The place is decorated with cameras and is designed to be Instagrammed. The style may appear old-fashioned for some people. Personally, it's too sterile, unimaginative. A note: the place is pro-royal, with king # 9 portrait and quote etched on the restaurant's wall... if that matters to your principles.

Reviewed By pjlawler7Decent Hotel on the outskirts of Nakhon Phanom. Small clean room with a nice sized bathroom. Aircon was noisy however and you’ll need your own transport as it is a little way out of the center of town. Solid choice among Nakhon Phanom’s offerings.

Extra clean and friendly hotel
Reviewed By SamThepThis is one of the best hotels in Nakhon Phanom. The room was super clean and the service was great. They offered free biscuits, coffee, tea, water for breakfast. The hotel was rather new and located not far from the city centre. There were tuk-tuks and taxi in front of the hotel, so travelling around was so convenient. Will come back for sure!

They need a new tape measure, it is much more than that and anyway you cannot see the river. Certainly the sheep are unusual. As mentioned by others, it is some distance from Nakhon Phanom centre, you really need a car here.

Spent 3 nights in room 404 and we were disturbed by adjoining room TV once at 4.30 in the morning, I should add there TV was on low. When I complained it was suggested I move rooms but all rooms built the same also the girl on reception just smiled!!! Hotel was clean but a little out of town and breakfast was poor. Good supply of hot water and bathroom functional

The room are very nice and the service is well done The restaurant was not open because in modification it why I put 1 star less But the breakfast was nice and at the end I guess all is fine Very nice view on the Mekong river and very peaceful place to stay

Good small modern hotel
Reviewed By FMozThis is a new small-ish hotel that is very nicely decorated. Room is clean and comfortable. There is no restaurant but only buffet breakfast is available. Breakfast is the worst aspect. It only has local regional dishes, with the likes of such things as blood soup, pork leg tomyam and raw vegetables with smelly chilli paste. Other 'normal' items such as fried egg and fried Chinese dough are all awfully done. Coffee looks and tastes like sweetened mud. Staff seem to be new in the industry and lack training. Location is a big disadvantage. It is far from the center of town, though there are free bicycles with which one can use the cycling path by the river all the way to town -- only in the evening or night, though, as it is dangerously hot during the day. There is a very pretty rooftop infinity pool and snack and bar area. This is the biggest selling point of the hotel, so unfortunately it gets run over by noisy extended families at all times starting from when it opens at 7 in the morning.

Great Views, but....
Reviewed By Ben LMy GF and I arrived late after a 4 hour drive and were looking forward to a relaxing night/morning at this hotel. Upon checking into our room, the fuse went out and after an hour of the hotel maintenance unsuccessfully trying to fix it, we were transferred from our ocean view top floor suite, to a second floor room with two single beds and no view. My GF and I were pretty disappointed with the new room, not to mention there was a loud party going on in the restaurant area, which was just one floor down. We called the front desk to ask for a refund, but were told that we would have to take up the matter with Agoda. Being that it was already late, we decided to try to make the best of it; however, I at least expected the hotel to offer a refund for the price difference of an ocean view suite to a smaller room with two beds (and no view), but the hotel said they would just call us back (of course they still haven't a day later). I'm not faulting the hotel staff, but there is definitely a lack of common sense and expected courtesy by the hotel management/ownership. Yea, the views are nice, but the hotel is actually a bit run down, and what got me is that you even have to pay to rent bikes and use their gym. The cost is small, but it's the principal...these types of amenities are always complimentary at any respectable hotel.

Hotel near city bus terminal
Reviewed By jajavalBI stayed at this hotel one night during cool winter time; it’s quite near city bus terminal, between main highway and main road through the city. The hotel provides free hot drinks(tea, instant coffee , biscuits, hot ovaltine drink) at the lobby. It’s quite noisy at night because of sound from nearby nightclub ; however, it early closes dueto covid prevention measure. The floor of the bathroom is quite slippery so be much careful. Power outlets are only two. Staying during winter time is OK, but weekend stay may be troubled with noise from nearby nightclub. Its neighbors are houses, garage, warehouse. It’s quiet, otherwise, nightclub is at nextdoor.
