Super helpful staff, clean hotel and good tasty very reasonably priced food
Reviewed By S HI spent over a month at this hotel due to unforeseen personal circumstances. How very fortunate I was to find this hotel. The owners and all the staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to be helpful. My room was simple but comfortable, very clean and had everything I needed and there was always hot water in the bathroom. The restaurant is very popular with both locals and the business community. The tables are attractively laid and the food presented imaginatively. Waiters were always very attentive and the service was consistently very good. The menu offers a wide selection of generous sized dishes of delicious fresh food and wines all of which were at very reasonable prices. The hotel is situated in the very centre of this small town/commune and is convenient with the bus for Lecce or with a car for Lecce and the beautiful coastline and its beaches.(Also convenient for anyone who needs to visit patients at the local hospital). The hotel were also very helpful in arranging pick ups from airports. Hotel is very well managed which is reflected by the standard of service of the staff and thier wiilingness to ensure you have a great stay

Reviewed By Tourist402788The room was clean with clean towels offered daily. The landscaping was at its best when I was staying there. The pool was sparkling, most of all the morning breakfast was the best I had had in my weeks of travel. I can not wait to return.

Reviewed By kabeybeTolle, geräumige Wohnung nahe der Altstadt. Wir wurden herzlich von Manuela begrüsst und fanden den Esstisch schön gedeckt vor- willkommen geheissen. Es standen Obst und Kekse bereit. Wasser und andere Getränke waren im Kühlschrank. Das Frühstück bestand aus 3 Croissants. Kaffee bekamen wir auf Anfrage nochmal nachgereicht. Diverse Kräutertees wären prima. PLUS - Sauber, bis auf die WC Bürste und dem Abwaschschwamm- ich fand aber einen sauberen, ansprechende Einrichtung, Fliegengitter vor den Balkontüren, Anleitung für die Elektrogeräte vorhanden, die Bettwäsche sehr edel, MINUS - Viel zu laut, so dass der Balkon nicht nutzbar ist, nachts geht nichts ohne Gehörschutz, das Wasser war anfangs nur warm- kann man aber regeln, die Matratze war leider nicht so gut, die Kopfkissen sind meist überall ein Problem, eine Bratpfanne haben wir vermisst und gute Geschirrtücher, Haken für die Handtücher-unzureichend,

Reviewed By DanieleD1729Non pensavo che 2021 potesse esistere una cosa del genere ...siamo stati accolti da un signore in pantaloncini e ciabatte con calze strappate...una cosa inguardabile... mia figlia è stata quasi sbranata da un cane che era nel passaggio ... e non parliamo delle macchine abbandonate e demolite nel parcheggio..e comunque tutta la struttura da l'impressione di essere abbandonata ...noi siamo scappati...se fosse l'unica struttura disponibile meglio dormire in macchina.....

L'avevo trovato su booking poi abbiamo telefonato alla struttura per sapere se avevano parcheggio ed abbiamo prenotato direttamente con loro. Quando siamo arrivati ci siamo trovati una camera che non era quella che avevamo detto ma soprattutto cosa spiacevolissima il bagno condiviso con altre due camere. L'abbiamo fatto presente ma la signora ci ha detto che non aveva mai avuto lamentele. Io glielo fatto presente per due volte che non rispecchiava quello che c'era scritto nel sito ma lei niente. Anche la colazione niente di particolare anche se nelle recenzioni viene decantata. Fortunatamente che siamo stati i primi a farla. Il green pass nonostante era un posto al chiuso glielo abbiamo mostrato noi non ci è stato chiesto e la signora era senza mascherina. Purtroppo non rispecchia quello che è scritto nel sito. Se fossi stata al posto suo magari avrei fatto uno sconto visto che ho fatto presente per ben due volte il mio disappunto. Assolutamente non lo consiglio. Metto una stella altrimenti non mi fa pubblicare la recenzione. Il bagno condiviso oggi e soprattutto nella condizione che stiamo vivendo non è accettabile
